【摘要】：正周某,系某學(xué)院外聘教師,雙方簽訂有書面勞動合同。第一份勞動合同期限為2008年4月1日至2009年2月28日,第二份勞動合同期限為2009年4月1日至2012年3月31日。2011年7月,某學(xué)院口頭通知周某解除勞動合同。2011年8月,周某向某學(xué)院發(fā)出《律師函》,聲明學(xué)院單方面解除勞動合同系違法解除勞動合同,要求繼續(xù)履行勞動合
[Abstract]:The first labor contract period is from April 1 , 2008 to February 28 , 2009 . The second labor contract period is from April 1 , 2008 to March 31 , 2012 . In July , 2011 , the second labor contract period was from April 1 , 2009 to March 31 , 2012 . In July 2011 , a college made an oral notification to a certain dissolution labor contract . In August 2011 , some college issued a letter of attorney to the College , stating that the college unilaterally terminated the labor contract and demanded that the labor contract be continued .
