　　法律在現(xiàn)代社會中起著非常重要的作用,它調(diào)整人們的生活,幾乎涵蓋了人們生活的方方方面面。法律語言不僅是每個律師最重要的工具,是語言學(xué)家們感興趣的研究領(lǐng)域,也是影響我們每個人日常生活的意識形態(tài)。但是,法律并不像軍隊那樣有實體的權(quán)力保障。那么法律語言是如何展現(xiàn)它的權(quán)力的?帶著這個問題,作者展開了本文的研究。 本文的研究目的在于描述英文合同法語篇的語言特點,探索其中語法隱喻的文體效果和功能,并為分析立法語篇提供實用性的參考。選擇即是意義,一定的選擇是為特定的目的服務(wù)的,不同的選擇有著不同的意義。在系統(tǒng)功能語言學(xué)的這個概念下,我們認為英文合同法中獨特的語言現(xiàn)象不僅傳遞了信息,而且對這種合同法這種立法文本的產(chǎn)生具有重要作用。 根據(jù)韓禮德1999年的語法隱喻的理論和分類,本文把語法隱喻分成了名詞化,形容詞化,動詞化和介詞化。之后對英文合同法中各種語法隱喻現(xiàn)象進行識別,并統(tǒng)計出它們在本文語料中的出現(xiàn)頻率。本部分的數(shù)據(jù)及分析顯示語法隱喻是合同法中常見的語言現(xiàn)象。研究還發(fā)現(xiàn)在英文合同法這種立法語篇中,語法隱喻多傾向于“實物化”。 本文嘗試從語言的三大純理功能分析語法隱喻在英文合同法語篇中的文體效果和功能。...
