　　法律在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)中起著非常重要的作用,它調(diào)整人們的生活,幾乎涵蓋了人們生活的方方方面面。法律語(yǔ)言不僅是每個(gè)律師最重要的工具,是語(yǔ)言學(xué)家們感興趣的研究領(lǐng)域,也是影響我們每個(gè)人日常生活的意識(shí)形態(tài)。但是,法律并不像軍隊(duì)那樣有實(shí)體的權(quán)力保障。那么法律語(yǔ)言是如何展現(xiàn)它的權(quán)力的?帶著這個(gè)問(wèn)題,作者展開(kāi)了本文的研究。 本文的研究目的在于描述英文合同法語(yǔ)篇的語(yǔ)言特點(diǎn),探索其中語(yǔ)法隱喻的文體效果和功能,并為分析立法語(yǔ)篇提供實(shí)用性的參考。選擇即是意義,一定的選擇是為特定的目的服務(wù)的,不同的選擇有著不同的意義。在系統(tǒng)功能語(yǔ)言學(xué)的這個(gè)概念下,我們認(rèn)為英文合同法中獨(dú)特的語(yǔ)言現(xiàn)象不僅傳遞了信息,而且對(duì)這種合同法這種立法文本的產(chǎn)生具有重要作用。 根據(jù)韓禮德1999年的語(yǔ)法隱喻的理論和分類(lèi),本文把語(yǔ)法隱喻分成了名詞化,形容詞化,動(dòng)詞化和介詞化。之后對(duì)英文合同法中各種語(yǔ)法隱喻現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行識(shí)別,并統(tǒng)計(jì)出它們?cè)诒疚恼Z(yǔ)料中的出現(xiàn)頻率。本部分的數(shù)據(jù)及分析顯示語(yǔ)法隱喻是合同法中常見(jiàn)的語(yǔ)言現(xiàn)象。研究還發(fā)現(xiàn)在英文合同法這種立法語(yǔ)篇中,語(yǔ)法隱喻多傾向于“實(shí)物化”。 本文嘗試從語(yǔ)言的三大純理功能分析語(yǔ)法隱喻在英文合同法語(yǔ)篇中的文體效果和功能。...
