　　本文運(yùn)用批評(píng)性語(yǔ)篇分析、合作原則和目的原則,對(duì)薩達(dá)姆在審判過(guò)程中的法庭應(yīng)答語(yǔ)進(jìn)行研究。作者從詞匯分類、人稱代詞和情態(tài)等方面對(duì)其應(yīng)答形式進(jìn)行了分析,進(jìn)而指出薩達(dá)姆是如何運(yùn)用語(yǔ)言策略來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)其政治目的的。 此項(xiàng)研究把批評(píng)性語(yǔ)篇分析和法律語(yǔ)言學(xué)結(jié)合起來(lái),拓展了相關(guān)研究范圍;分析了法庭應(yīng)答語(yǔ)中的語(yǔ)言策略及其作用,旨在提高人們的批評(píng)性語(yǔ)言意識(shí)。希望此項(xiàng)研究能夠?qū)χ袊?guó)的法律工作者具有一定的參考價(jià)值。此外,本研究對(duì)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)具有一定的借鑒意義。作者建議在英語(yǔ)專業(yè)教學(xué)中介紹法律英語(yǔ)和法律語(yǔ)言學(xué)的相關(guān)知識(shí)。
