【摘要】：目的觀察使用中醫(yī)辯證法對老年糖尿病患者治療的臨床效果。方法按照盲選原則選取本院在2016年1月至11月時間段內(nèi)所接診的老年糖尿病患者82例,均分成觀察組41例,給予中醫(yī)辯證治療,對照組41例,給予常規(guī)治療。分析兩組患者治療情況。結(jié)果在本次治療中觀察組治療總有效率為92.68%(38/41),涉及到顯效20例,有效18例,而對照組總有效率為73.17%(30/41),觀察組明顯高于對照組,P0.05差異具備統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論對老年糖尿病患者按照中醫(yī)辯證治療,可有效提升臨床對該類患者治療效率,有助于患者恢復(fù)。
