【摘要】：目的探討分析百令膠囊對原發(fā)性腎病綜合征的臨床療效。方法收集我院腎內(nèi)科住院及門診原發(fā)性腎病綜合征患者82例,治療時隨機將患者分為治療組和對照組2組,對照組給予西藥治療,治療組在西藥治療基礎(chǔ)上給予百令膠囊治療,3個月后統(tǒng)計其療效和不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果治療組總有效率為明顯高于對照組,P0.05;同時治療組痤瘡、感染、失眠發(fā)生率也顯低于對照組;此外治療后2個組別在改善腎功能方面明顯好于相應(yīng)組別治療前;治療組治療后血尿素氮、尿素以及尿酸水平明顯低于對照組治療后。結(jié)論在西藥常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上給予百令膠囊治療原發(fā)性腎病綜合征患者可明顯提高患者有效率,有效控制或延緩原發(fā)性腎病綜合征的進展。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of Bering capsule on primary nephrotic syndrome. Methods 82 hospitalized and outpatients with primary nephrotic syndrome in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with western medicine and the treatment group was treated with Bering capsule on the basis of western medicine treatment. Three months later, the curative effect and adverse reactions were counted. Results the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05), and the incidence of acne, infection and insomnia in the treatment group was also significantly lower than that in the control group. In addition, the improvement of renal function in the two groups after treatment was significantly better than that in the corresponding group before treatment, and the levels of blood urea nitrogen, urea and uric acid in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment. Conclusion on the basis of routine treatment of western medicine, bailing capsule can significantly improve the effective rate of patients with primary nephrotic syndrome and effectively control or delay the progress of primary nephrotic syndrome.
