【摘要】：在綠色建筑蓬勃發(fā)展的今天，全球綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)體系已經(jīng)超過20個(gè)，并且隨著建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展，不停地自我完善中。我們可以這樣認(rèn)為，綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)體系地自我完善過程，展現(xiàn)了人類追求建筑可持續(xù)發(fā)展的奮斗史。 雖然我國綠色建筑起步晚，但是綠色建筑在我國發(fā)展迅速�！毒G色建筑評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》等一系例標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的出臺(tái)，標(biāo)志著我國綠色建筑進(jìn)行了一個(gè)新的歷史階段。這些標(biāo)準(zhǔn)結(jié)合我國國情，給出了綠色建筑在我國的定義，更主要的是它們構(gòu)成了一套科學(xué)的評(píng)估體系，從而促進(jìn)我國綠色建筑的發(fā)展。 令人遺憾的是，目前我國綠色建筑評(píng)估體系主要是從“四節(jié)一環(huán)�！�(節(jié)水、節(jié)能、節(jié)地、節(jié)材、保護(hù)環(huán)境)五個(gè)方面來對(duì)我國綠色建筑進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)，很少提及建筑工人的職業(yè)安全健康。在“以人為本”的今天，綠色建筑作為建筑業(yè)未來的發(fā)展方向，更應(yīng)該承擔(dān)起減少建筑工人的職業(yè)安全健康問題的責(zé)任，使我國的綠色建筑的內(nèi)涵更加飽滿，而這一切的關(guān)鍵在于能否綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)體系中所體現(xiàn)。 針對(duì)我國綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)體系中工人職業(yè)安全健康缺失的問題，進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的研究，主要是從四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行考慮：業(yè)主，，承包商，分包商和設(shè)計(jì)人員。綜合考慮了各自對(duì)于工人職業(yè)安全健康的影響，最終建立了一套綠色建筑工人職業(yè)安全健康的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。并且通過實(shí)例論證，其能夠真實(shí)地反應(yīng)出綠色建筑中工人職業(yè)安全健康情況。從而對(duì)于我國的綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)體系進(jìn)行了適當(dāng)?shù)难a(bǔ)充，使得我國綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)體系更加完善。 希望對(duì)綠色建筑工人安全健康的評(píng)價(jià)體系的研究成果，能為我國綠色建筑的評(píng)價(jià)體系理論的完善做出貢獻(xiàn)，為以后對(duì)綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)體系的建立研究過程中提供了一定的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，同時(shí)該研究成果對(duì)我國實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有積極的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。更為重要的是，希望借助綠色建筑的發(fā)展，我國建筑業(yè)工人安全健康問題能夠得到極大的改善。讓我國建筑工人能夠更加有尊嚴(yán)的工作和生活！
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of green buildings, the global green building evaluation system has been more than 20, and with the development of the construction industry, constantly improve itself. We can think that the process of self-perfection of green building evaluation system shows the history of mankind's pursuit of sustainable development of architecture. Although the green building in our country started late, the green building has developed rapidly in our country. The introduction of a series of example standards, such as the Evaluation Standard of Green Building, marks a new historical stage of green building in China. These standards give the definition of green building in our country combined with the national conditions of our country. More importantly, they constitute a set of scientific evaluation system, thus promoting the development of green building in our country. Unfortunately, at present, the evaluation system of green buildings in China is mainly to evaluate green buildings in our country from five aspects: "four sections and one environmental protection" (water saving, energy saving, land saving, material saving, environmental protection). Little mention is made of the occupational safety and health of construction workers. In today's "people-oriented", green building, as the future development direction of the construction industry, should bear the responsibility of reducing the occupational safety and health problems of construction workers, so that the connotation of green building in our country is more full. The key to all this lies in whether the green building evaluation system can be reflected. In view of the lack of occupational safety and health of workers in the evaluation system of green building in China, this paper makes a detailed study, which is mainly considered from four aspects: owner, contractor, subcontractor and designer. Finally, a set of evaluation index system for the occupational safety and health of green construction workers is established. It can truly reflect the occupational safety and health of workers in green buildings. Therefore, the evaluation system of green building in our country is supplemented properly, and the evaluation system of green building in our country is more perfect. It is hoped that the research results of the evaluation system for the safety and health of green building workers will contribute to the improvement of the theory of the evaluation system of green building in China, and provide some experience for the establishment of the evaluation system of green building in the future. At the same time, the research results have positive practical significance to realize the sustainable development of architecture in China. More importantly, it is hoped that with the development of green buildings, the safety and health problems of construction workers in China can be greatly improved. So that our construction workers can more dignified work and life!
