對(duì)氨基水楊酸鈉對(duì)錳致大鼠肝抗氧化酶和病理學(xué)改變的影響
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of sodium p-aminosalicylate (PAS-Na) on hepatic microsomes, mitochondrial antioxidant enzymes and pathological changes in rats induced by manganese. Methods 50 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into two groups according to their body weight: control group and manganese group. In the manganese exposed group, (ip) mn Cl 2 4H 2O was injected intraperitoneally at 15 mg / kg, while in the control group, the same volume of normal saline was given once a day, 5 days a week for 6 weeks. Then, according to the body weight, the rats in the manganese exposed group were randomly divided into three groups: manganese, low, medium and high dose PAS-Na treatment group. The rats were subcutaneously injected with (sc) PAS-Na 100200 and 300mg / kg in the back of the control group and the manganese exposed group respectively. The rats in the control group and the manganese exposed group received sc isovolumic physiological saline once a day, 4 days a week for 4 weeks. The activities of liver mitochondria, microsomal superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) were measured. Results compared with the control group, the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in liver mitochondria and microsomal SOD in manganese exposed group were lower than those in control group, but there was no significant difference (P0.05). In the manganese exposed group, the liver coefficient increased, inflammatory lymphocytes and neutrophils infiltrated in the hepatic catchment area, dotted necrosis or even partial focal necrosis in the hepatic lobules, and fatty degeneration in some liver cells. Compared with manganese group, the point necrotic foci in M-PAS group were significantly reduced, and that in LH-PAS group was also decreased. Conclusion Manganese can make inflammatory lymphocytes and neutrophils infiltrate in the hepatic catchment area of rats, and hepatic lobular dotted necrosis, even partial focal necrosis. PAS-Na treatment of hepatocyte steatosis can obviously improve the pathomorphologic changes of rats.
