【摘要】：于2015年7月31日至8月16日對大連付家莊海水浴場的腸球菌和糞大腸菌群進行連日監(jiān)測,應用微生物定量風險評估的方法,得出2015年采樣期間大連付家莊海水浴場男人、女人和兒童(15歲)患與腸球菌有關的胃腸道疾病的健康風險分別為1.78‰~43.31‰,1.19‰~30.03‰和2.37‰~55.55‰;患與糞大腸菌群有關的胃腸道疾病的健康風險分別為0.02‰~8.34‰,0.01‰~5.59‰和0.03‰~11.08‰。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)降雨對海水浴場水質(zhì)影響顯著,導致浴場水質(zhì)變差,游泳者健康風險升高。根據(jù)本研究結(jié)果,推薦將腸球菌作為海水浴場監(jiān)測的指標之一,以更合理評估海水浴場水質(zhì)和人體健康風險。
[Abstract]:The enterococci and fecal coliform bacteria were monitored continuously from July 31 to August 16, 2015 in Dalian Fujiazhuang baths. By using the method of quantitative risk assessment of microorganism, the men of Dalian Fujiazhuang baths during the sampling period of 2015 were obtained.
