【摘要】：目的描述陜西省眉縣兒童傷害發(fā)生的原因、地點及嚴重程度的分布現(xiàn)況,為制定科學的干預措施提供數(shù)據(jù)資料及基礎依據(jù)。方法研究對象來自于陜西省眉縣的3個監(jiān)測哨點醫(yī)院,同時收集2006—2012年因傷害首診的兒童就診資料及與傷害相關的信息。結(jié)果 2006—2012年共報告0~17歲兒童傷害病例3 561例,男、女童性別比為2.61∶1;傷害發(fā)生原因前3位依次為跌倒/墜落(31.56%)、道路交通(28.84%)以及鈍器傷(13.82%),不同年齡組男、女童傷害原因構成差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2值分別為467.03,80.30,P值均0.01)。兒童傷害頻發(fā)于4—10月期間,發(fā)生時間主要集中于8:00—20:00;傷害的發(fā)生地點主要在公路/街道(32.91%)、家中(31.93%)以及學校與公共場所(22.69%),發(fā)生時的活動主要為休閑活動(51.36%);非故意傷害占監(jiān)測到的傷害總數(shù)的86.89%,傷害發(fā)生部位最多的是頭部(32.18%);43.39%的傷害患兒門診治療后回家,65.80%的傷害事件為輕度傷害。結(jié)論農(nóng)村地區(qū)兒童傷害發(fā)生的原因與兒童的性別、年齡密切相關。兒童傷害預防應采取多部門合作的方式,對不同年齡段兒童開展有針對性的干預措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to describe the cause, location and severity of child injury in Meimei County, Shaanxi Province, and to provide data and basis for making scientific intervention measures. Methods three surveillance sentinel hospitals in Meimei County of Shaanxi Province were studied. The data of children who were first diagnosed with injuries in 2006-2012 and the information related to injuries were collected at the same time. Results from 2006 to 2012, a total of 3 561 cases of injuries among children aged 17 years were reported, the sex ratio of male and female was 2.61: 1.The first three causes of injury were fall / fall (31.56%), road traffic (28.84%) and blunt instrument injury (13.82%). There were significant differences in the cause of injury among girls (蠂 ~ 2 = 467.03, P = 80.30, P = 0.01). Childhood injuries occurred frequently in the April-October period, The time of occurrence was mainly 8: 00-20: 00; the main location of injury was in the road / street (32.91%), the home (31.93%), and the school and public place (22.69%). The main activity was leisure activity (51.36%), and the unintentional injury accounted for the total number of injuries detected. 86.89% of the injuries occurred mostly in the head (32.18%) 43.39% of the children returned home after outpatient treatment and 65.80% of the injuries were mild injuries. Conclusion the causes of child injury in rural areas are closely related to their sex and age. Child injury prevention should adopt a multi-sectoral cooperative approach and carry out targeted interventions for children of different ages.
