【摘要】：建立了定量分析包裝飲用水中壬基酚的液相色譜-質(zhì)譜法,并對(duì)市售包裝飲用水進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。壬基酚質(zhì)量濃度在(85.7~1431.8)ng/L范圍內(nèi)與一級(jí)質(zhì)譜峰面積呈良好的線性關(guān)系:y=41.3x+1285.7,R2=0.9956。方法的檢出限為48.5 ng/L,定量限為161.7 ng/L。方法的回收率為96.1%~109.4%,相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(n=5)≤3.4%。在隨機(jī)檢測(cè)的63種包裝飲用水中,有16種檢出壬基酚,最高檢出濃度168.3 ng/L。該方法選擇性好、靈敏度高、重現(xiàn)性好,能夠滿足定量分析包裝飲用水中壬基酚的要求。
[Abstract]:A liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) method for quantitative analysis of nonylphenol in packaged drinking water was established. The linear relationship between the mass concentration of nonylphenol and the peak area of the first order mass spectrometry was found in the range of (85.7ng / L) ng / L = 41.3x 1285.7ng / L = 0.9956.
