【摘要】：目的:探討郭氏六聯(lián)療法聯(lián)合西醫(yī)治療急性胰腺炎的臨床療效及安全性。方法:選取在本院進(jìn)行治療的急性胰腺炎患者96例,分為觀察組與對照組,對照組患者給予西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療,觀察組給予郭氏六聯(lián)法聯(lián)合西醫(yī)常規(guī)治療,對比兩組患者臨床療效、臨床癥狀緩解時(shí)間、治療前后實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查指標(biāo)和病情嚴(yán)重程度評分,并觀察兩組患者與藥物相關(guān)的不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:觀察組患者的臨床總有效率明顯高于對照組,不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率明顯低于對照組,且排氣恢復(fù)時(shí)間、腹痛消失時(shí)間、腹脹消失時(shí)間及住院時(shí)間均明顯短于對照組(P0.05);與治療前對比,兩組患者的血淀粉酶、白細(xì)胞總數(shù)、C反應(yīng)蛋白、乳酸脫氫酶、急性生理和慢性健康估測Ⅱ(APCHE-Ⅱ)評分、改良Marshall評分和改良CT嚴(yán)重指數(shù)(MCTSI)均明顯改善,且觀察組患者改善更顯著(P0.05)。結(jié)論:郭氏六聯(lián)療法聯(lián)合西醫(yī)治療急性胰腺炎臨床療效顯著,能顯著縮短臨床癥狀緩解時(shí)間,降低不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Guoshi combined therapy with western medicine in the treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods: 96 cases of acute pancreatitis treated in our hospital were divided into two groups: the observation group and the control group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine, and the patients in the observation group were treated with conventional western medicine combined with Guo's six-way method. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. The clinical symptom remission time, laboratory examination index and severity score before and after treatment, and the occurrence of drug related adverse reactions in the two groups were observed. Results: the total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group.
