【摘要】：目的:調(diào)查滇黔桂交界區(qū)域人群中幽門螺桿菌的感染情況,為幽門螺桿菌相關(guān)疾病的防治提供依據(jù)。方法:選擇2012年1月至2015年12月在右江民族醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬醫(yī)院進(jìn)行單位健康的體檢人員29 547人,其中公務(wù)員6 644人,醫(yī)務(wù)人員1 484人,工人5 839人,教師5542人,學(xué)生10 038人,按照分層抽樣的原則,系統(tǒng)隨機(jī)抽取3 363人,其中公務(wù)員756人,醫(yī)務(wù)人員215人,工人689人,教師654人,學(xué)生1 049人;民族分布:壯族1 515人,漢族897人,苗族234人,瑤族282人,仡佬族147人,布依族134人,其他民族154人,年齡7~65歲不等,用ELISA試劑法檢測(cè)幽門螺桿菌感染情況,并分析幽門螺桿菌感染與民族、性別、年齡、職業(yè)及居住地的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:本地區(qū)幽門螺桿菌的總陽性率為47.2%,人群分布情況,不同民族間,壯族陽性率最高為52.7%,仡佬族陽性率最低為31.3%;女性的感染率為41.5%,男性為53.3%;不同年齡層間,50~59歲年齡組的感染率最高為55.3%,18歲以下組人群感染率最低為19.6%;不同職業(yè)之間,公務(wù)員陽性率最高為57.9%;學(xué)生陽性率最低為35.9%;地區(qū)分布情況,百色市感染率最高為51.4%,黔西南州感染率最低為33.9%。不同民族、性別、年齡、職業(yè)、地域之間組間比較差異均具統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:滇黔桂交界區(qū)域人群幽門螺桿菌感染與民族、性別、年齡、職業(yè)及居住地存在相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the infection of Helicobacter pylori in the population in the border area of Yunnan, Guizhou and Guangxi, and to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of Helicobacter pylori related diseases. Methods: from January 2012 to December 2015, 29 547 health examination staff were selected from affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical College for nationalities, including 6 644 civil servants, 1 484 medical staff, 5 839 workers, 5542 teachers and 10 038 students. According to the principle of stratified sampling, 3 363 people were selected randomly, including 756 civil servants, 215 medical workers, 689 workers, 654 teachers and 1 049 students. Ethnic distribution: 1 515 Zhuang, 897 Han, 234 Miao, 282 Yao, 147 Gelao, 134 Buyi and 154 other nationalities, aged from 7 to 65 years. Helicobacter pylori infection was detected by ELISA reagent method. The relationship between Helicobacter pylori infection and nationality, sex, age, occupation and residence was analyzed. Results: the total positive rate of Helicobacter pylori in this area was 47.2. The distribution of population showed that the highest positive rate was 52.7 in Zhuang nationality and the lowest was 31.3 in Gelao nationality. The infection rate of female was 41.5 and that of male was 53.3. Among different age groups, the infection rate of 50 to 59 years old group was the highest, the lowest was 19.6 percent in the group under 18 years old. Among different occupations, the highest positive rate of civil servants was 57.9; the lowest positive rate of students was 35.9; the highest infection rate in Baise city was 51.4 in Baise city, and the lowest infection rate was 33.9 in Qianxinan Prefecture. There were significant differences among different ethnic groups, sex, age, occupation and region (P0.05). Conclusion: Helicobacter pylori infection is associated with nationality, sex, age, occupation and residence in Yunnan, Guizhou and Guangxi border population.
