【摘要】：胃石癥好發(fā)于秋冬季節(jié),是我國(guó)北方一種較常見的疾病。胃石脫落至小腸造成的小腸梗阻占據(jù)了腸梗阻病例的4%。這部分患者往往需要行外科手術(shù)治療,通過小腸鏡進(jìn)行碎石達(dá)到治療目的的病例非常少見,且部分病例因治療后再梗阻導(dǎo)致治療失敗。通過介紹1例成功應(yīng)用單氣囊小腸鏡進(jìn)行診斷和治療的小腸山楂石梗阻的病例,展現(xiàn)小腸鏡碎石的過程,提供一些治療及輔助治療的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。應(yīng)用氣囊輔助式小腸鏡治療植物性異物石引起的小腸梗阻安全、有效、迅速且微創(chuàng),可以一定程度上替代外科手術(shù),具有重要的臨床意義,是治療植物性異物石引起的小腸梗阻的一種新選擇。
[Abstract]:Gastrolithiasis, a common disease in northern China, usually occurs in autumn and winter. Small bowel obstruction caused by gastric lithotripsy to the small intestine accounts for 4% of the cases of intestinal obstruction. This part of patients often need surgical treatment, small intestinal lithotripsy to achieve the purpose of treatment is very rare, and some cases because of treatment after the obstruction of treatment failure. A case of small intestinal Hawthorn obstruction successfully diagnosed and treated by single balloon enteroscopy was introduced to show the process of small intestinal lithotripsy and to provide some experience of treatment and auxiliary treatment. It is safe, effective, rapid and minimally invasive to use balloon assisted enteroscopy in the treatment of small bowel obstruction caused by plant foreign body stone. It can replace surgery to some extent and has important clinical significance. It is a new choice for the treatment of small bowel obstruction caused by plant foreign body stone.
