【摘要】：目的：觀察溫胃顆粒聯(lián)合莫沙必利治療脾胃虛寒型功能性消化不良(FD)的臨床療效、安全性及復(fù)發(fā)率。 方法：將符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的120例患者隨機(jī)分為：溫胃顆粒組(A組)、莫沙必利組(B組)、溫胃顆粒+莫沙必利組(C組),每組均為40例,分別給予溫胃顆粒劑、莫沙必利、溫胃顆粒+莫沙必利口服,療程均為4周。觀察并記錄治療前后患者主要癥狀的改善情況,對(duì)各癥狀進(jìn)行評(píng)分。觀察并記錄不良反應(yīng)情況,評(píng)價(jià)藥物安全性。治療結(jié)束后隨訪8周,觀察患者有無(wú)病情反復(fù)。 結(jié)果：1.總有效率比較：治療后,三組總有效率分別為65.00%、62.50%、92.50%。三組相比,C組優(yōu)于A、B組(P0.05),而A、B兩組間比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。 2.在癥狀總積分方面,三組治療后較治療前均有明顯改善(P0.01)。但治療后三組比較,C組優(yōu)于A、B兩組(P0.05),而A、B兩組間比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后C組在改善患者脘腹不適、上腹疼痛、早飽、噯氣方面,療效優(yōu)于A、B組(P0.01或P0.05)。 3.治療過(guò)程中,B組有2位患者出現(xiàn)輕微頭暈,C組有2位患者出現(xiàn)輕微腹脹,但患者均可耐受,且癥狀短時(shí)間內(nèi)緩解,用藥結(jié)束后消失,故未中止治療觀察。三組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05) 4.復(fù)發(fā)率比較：在8周的隨訪過(guò)程中,A組復(fù)發(fā)率為42.31%；B組復(fù)發(fā)率為52.00%；C組復(fù)發(fā)率為16.21%。三組相比,C組明顯低于A、B組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。 結(jié)論：1.溫胃顆粒聯(lián)合莫沙必利治療脾胃虛寒型FD具有較好的臨床效果,對(duì)患者各項(xiàng)臨床癥狀均有明顯的改善作用。 2.溫胃顆粒聯(lián)合莫沙必利治療FD無(wú)明顯毒副作用,安全性較好。 3.溫胃顆粒聯(lián)合莫沙必利治療FD能減少?gòu)?fù)發(fā)率,值得進(jìn)一步研究及推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy, safety and relapse rate of Wen Wei granule combined with mosapride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia (FD) of spleen stomach deficiency cold.
Methods: 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups: WWEN Wei granule group (group A), mosapride group (group B), wwg + mosapride group (group C), 40 cases in each group, which were given warm stomach granules, mosapride, wwg + mosapride and oral administration for 4 weeks. The changes of main symptoms before and after treatment were observed and recorded. The symptoms were scored. The adverse reactions were observed and recorded. The safety of the drugs was evaluated. After the treatment, the patients were followed up for 8 weeks to observe whether the patients had relapse.
Results: 1. the total effective rate was compared: after treatment, the total effective rate of the three groups was 65%, 62.50% and 92.50%. three compared to group C was superior to A and group B (P0.05), but there was no statistical difference between the A and the B two groups (P0.05).
2. in total symptom score, the three groups were significantly improved after treatment (P0.01). But after treatment, group C was better than A and B two (P0.05), while A, B two groups had no significant difference (P0.05). The curative effect of group C in improving patients with abdominal discomfort, upper abdominal pain, early satiety and belching was better than A, B group (P0.01 or wealth).
3. in group B, 2 patients had slight dizziness, and 2 patients in group C had mild abdominal distention, but the patients could be tolerated, and the symptoms were relieved within a short time, and the treatment was disappearing after the end of drug use. The incidence of adverse reactions in the three groups was not statistically significant (P0.05).
4. comparison of recurrence rate: in the 8 week follow-up process, the recurrence rate of group A was 42.31%, and the recurrence rate in group B was 52%, and the recurrence rate of group C was compared to group 16.21%. three, and group C was significantly lower than that of A, B group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05).
Conclusion: 1.. Warming stomach particles combined with Mosapride has a good clinical effect in treating spleen and stomach deficiency cold type FD, and has significant improvement on clinical symptoms of patients.
2. Wen Wei granule combined with Mosapride has no obvious side effects in treating FD.
3. warming stomach particles combined with mosapride in the treatment of FD can reduce the recurrence rate, which is worthy of further research and promotion.
