喉返神經(jīng)不同部位損傷后環(huán)杓后肌組織病理研究

【摘要】:目的:通過對環(huán)杓后肌組織病理形態(tài)的觀察,探討喉返神經(jīng)不同部位損傷對喉返神經(jīng)功能恢復的影響。方法:健康雜種犬8只平均分為4組,正常對照組只顯露喉返神經(jīng)不予損傷,實驗組A組、B組、C組分別在入喉處、第4氣管環(huán)水平處、近主動脈弓水平處鉗夾左側(cè)喉返神經(jīng)。術(shù)后觀察犬的發(fā)音、吞咽及呼吸功能情況,并于8周后取下環(huán)杓后肌,分別進行HE染色、Ach E染色及SDH染色,觀察肌組織病理形態(tài)變化。結(jié)果:A組、B組、C組的紅肌細胞數(shù)、白肌細胞數(shù)和紅白肌細胞數(shù)比值較正常對照組呈遞減趨勢,但這3組數(shù)據(jù)在統(tǒng)計學上無顯著差異性;A組、B組、C組的環(huán)杓后肌運動終板數(shù)較正常對照組呈遞減趨勢,且有明顯統(tǒng)計學差異性。結(jié)論:喉返神經(jīng)不同部位損傷可以導致神經(jīng)功能恢復水平不同,損傷部位離靶器官越遠,神經(jīng)肌肉功能恢復越差。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of injury of recurrent laryngeal nerve on the recovery of recurrent laryngeal nerve by observing the histopathological morphology of posterior cricoarytenoid muscle. Methods: eight healthy mongrel dogs were divided into 4 groups on average. The normal control group only exposed the recurrent laryngeal nerve without injury. The experimental groups A, B and C were at the level of the larynx and the fourth tracheal ring, respectively. The left recurrent laryngeal nerve was clamped near the level of the aortic arch. The articulation, swallowing and respiratory function of dogs were observed after operation. The posterior cricoarytenoid muscle was removed 8 weeks later and stained with HE, Ach E and SDH respectively. The histopathological changes of muscle were observed. Results: the number of red muscle cells, white muscle cells and the ratio of red and white muscle cells in group A, group B and group C were decreased compared with those in control group, but there was no statistical difference among the three groups. In group A, group B and group C, the number of posterior cricoarytenoid motor endplates was decreased compared with that of normal control group, and there was significant difference in the number of motor endplates between group A, group B and group C. Conclusion: different parts of recurrent laryngeal nerve injury can lead to different recovery level of nerve function, the farther away from target organ, the worse the recovery of neuromuscular function.
