【摘要】：目的觀察脈沖射頻治療難治性眶下神經(jīng)痛患者的效果。方法 2012年1月至2014年12月,對49例藥物和神經(jīng)阻滯治療無效的難治性眶下神經(jīng)痛患者行脈沖射頻治療。記錄術(shù)后1 d、1周、2周、1個月、3個月、6個月、1年和2年時的疼痛數(shù)字評分(NRS),以治療后患者NRS=0或NRS降低50%以上為標準計算有效率,并記錄卡馬西平用量及副作用。結(jié)果術(shù)后1個月、3個月、6個月、1年及2年時有效率分別為67%、67%、65%、59%及51%。除8例(16%)患者脈沖射頻術(shù)后出現(xiàn)短暫(1個月內(nèi))輕微麻木感外無其他嚴重副作用。結(jié)論脈沖射頻治療難治性眶下神經(jīng)痛患者安全、有效,有望成為保守治療無效患者的一種治療選擇。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of pulsed radiofrequency in the treatment of intractable suborbital neuralgia. Methods from January 2012 to December 2014, 49 patients with refractory suborbital neuralgia who were not treated with drugs and nerve block were treated with pulsed radiofrequency. One week, two weeks, one month, three months, six months, one year and two years after treatment, the effective rate of (NRS), was calculated according to the reduction of NRS=0 or NRS by more than 50%. The dosage and side effects of carbamazepine were recorded. Results at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year and 2 years after operation, the effective rates were 67, 67, 65, 59% and 51%, respectively. There were no serious side effects except for 8 patients (16%) with mild numbness after pulse radiofrequency surgery. Conclusion Pulsed radiofrequency therapy is safe and effective for patients with refractory suborbital neuralgia.
