【摘要】：目的:總結(jié)和評(píng)價(jià)下眼瞼全層缺損創(chuàng)傷后采用自體硬腭黏膜或耳軟骨替代眼瞼后層,聯(lián)合眼輪匝肌蒂顳區(qū)皮瓣修復(fù)眼瞼再造的臨床效果。方法:對(duì)11例(11眼)下眼瞼創(chuàng)傷后患者行自體硬腭黏膜或自體耳軟骨聯(lián)合眼輪匝肌蒂顳區(qū)皮瓣修復(fù)下眼瞼全層缺損。11例均為重度眼瞼缺損,其中眼瞼75%以上全層缺損6例,50%缺損5例。結(jié)果:11眼瞼術(shù)后功能及外觀基本恢復(fù)正常,閉合完全,無(wú)內(nèi)外翻。術(shù)后隨訪6個(gè)月~5年,平均3年4個(gè)月,眼瞼功能及形態(tài)保持穩(wěn)定,再造瞼板無(wú)感染、外露及攣縮。結(jié)論:自體硬腭黏膜或耳軟骨聯(lián)合眼輪匝肌蒂顳區(qū)皮瓣下眼瞼重建術(shù)是一種簡(jiǎn)便易行、取材方便、臨床效果滿意的眼瞼再造術(shù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to summarize and evaluate the clinical effect of using autogenous hard palate mucosa or ear cartilage to replace the posterior layer of eyelid and combined with temporal flap pedicled with orbicularis oculi to repair eyelid reconstruction. Methods: eleven patients (11 eyes) with lower eyelid trauma were treated with autogenous hard palate mucosa or autogenous auricular cartilage and temporal flap pedicled with orbicularis oculi muscle to repair the full layer defect of lower eyelid. There were 6 cases with 50% defect of the eyelid and above 75% of the total eyelid defect. Results after operation, the function and appearance of the eyelid recovered to normal, closed completely, and had no internal and external varus. The postoperative follow-up ranged from 6 months to 5 years (mean, 3 years and 4 months). The eyelid function and morphology remained stable. There was no infection, exposure and contracture of reconstructed tarsal plate. Conclusion: reconstruction of lower eyelid with autogenous hard palate mucosa or auricular cartilage combined with temporal flap pedicled with orbicularis oculi muscle is a simple and convenient reconstruction of eyelid with satisfactory clinical effect.
