【摘要】：目的明確深圳市羅湖某社區(qū)管理的糖尿病患者牙周病患病情況,探討兩者之間的關系。方法選取已經(jīng)確診的100例糖尿病患者作為研究對象,調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)如下:空腹血糖、牙石、牙齦出血指數(shù)、牙菌斑檢查、牙周袋深度檢查、附著喪失情況。根據(jù)空腹血糖將患者分為兩組:良好(空腹血糖7.0 mmol/L)組52例、欠佳(空腹血糖7.0 mmol/L)組48例。根據(jù)牙石、牙齦出血指數(shù)、牙菌斑檢查、牙周袋深度檢查結果將牙周病分為輕度、中度、重度。分析兩者之間的關系,數(shù)據(jù)行統(tǒng)計學處理。結果血糖控制良好的糖尿病患者并發(fā)牙周病發(fā)病率較低,且病情較輕;血糖控制欠佳的糖尿病患者并發(fā)牙周病發(fā)病率較高,且病情較重,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。結論糖尿病與牙周病具有相互影響的作用,同時治療兩種疾病可以獲得事半功倍的效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of periodontal disease in diabetic patients in a community management in Luohu, Shenzhen, and to explore the relationship between them. Methods 100 patients with diabetes mellitus were selected as study subjects. The data were as follows: fasting blood glucose, dental stone, gingival bleeding index, plaque examination, periodontal bag depth examination, attachment loss. Patients were divided into two groups according to fasting blood glucose: good (fasting glucose 7.0 mmol / L) group (52 cases) and poor group (fasting glucose 7.0 mmol / L group 48 cases). Periodontal diseases were classified as mild, moderate and severe according to the results of periodontal stone, gingival bleeding index, plaque examination and periodontal bag depth examination. Analysis of the relationship between the two, the data line statistical processing. Results the incidence of periodontal disease in diabetic patients with good blood glucose control was lower and the incidence of periodontal disease was lower in diabetic patients with poor blood glucose control, and the incidence of periodontal disease was higher in diabetes patients with poor blood glucose control, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.01). Conclusion Diabetes mellitus and periodontal disease can affect each other, and the treatment of the two diseases can achieve twice the result with half the effort.
