兩種類型抗生素輔助糖皮質(zhì)激素聯(lián)合靜脈滴注治療小兒RMP臨床對(duì)比研究

【摘要】：正本次研究以我院2012年8月-2016年8月收治小兒RMP患兒共150例作為研究對(duì)象,在糖皮質(zhì)激素應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)上分別加用阿奇霉素與莫西沙星輔助治療,探討兩種類型抗生素輔助糖皮質(zhì)激素聯(lián)合靜脈滴注治療小兒RMP臨床效果及安全性差異,現(xiàn)將結(jié)果報(bào)道如下。1資料與方法1.1臨床資料研究對(duì)象選取我院2012年8月-2016年8月收治小兒RMP患兒共150例,以隨機(jī)區(qū)組表法分為A組和B組,每組各75例。A組患兒中男44例,女31例,年齡3-8歲,平均年齡為(4.58±1.12)歲,病程4-10d,平均病程為(8.37±1.91)d,其

Azithromycin and mosfloxacin were added to the application of glucocorticoids to explore the difference of clinical efficacy and safety of two types of antibiotics combined with intravenous drip in the treatment of RMP in children.
