某高校學生尿中維生素C和氧化應激指標的秋冬季變化

【摘要】:目的了解北方大學生身體維生素C及氧化應激狀態(tài)的秋冬季節(jié)變化,為指導學生膳食營養(yǎng)提供科學依據(jù)。方法分別于2013年秋季和冬季采集126名大學生清晨空腹尿液,測定其尿中維生素C、丙二醛(MDA)、總抗氧化能力(TAC)、鈣、磷、鎂、肌酐,同時采用食物頻率法調(diào)查1周蔬菜水果的攝入情況。結(jié)果在同一季節(jié)中,女生尿維生素C,MDA,TAC均高于男生(秋季t值分別為5.44,4.20,5.59,冬季t值分別為3.37,4.87,5.21,P值均0.05)。女生尿MDA含量秋季低于冬季(t=2.52,P0.05)。男生和女生的尿維生素C水平秋季均高于冬季(t值分別為2.22,2.38,P值均0.05),每周蔬菜攝入頻次秋季均高于冬季(t值分別為7.07,6.58,P值均0.01),但每周水果攝入頻次季節(jié)間差異無統(tǒng)計學意義。尿鈣含量與MDA含量呈正相關(guān)(r=0.58,P0.01);尿磷含量與尿維生素C呈正相關(guān)(r=0.50,P0.01)。結(jié)論該校大學生尿中維生素C營養(yǎng)和氧化應激狀態(tài)有明顯的秋冬季節(jié)變化,應增加冬季蔬菜的攝入量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the seasonal changes of vitamin C and oxidative stress in northern college students in autumn and winter, and to provide scientific basis for guiding students' dietary nutrition. Methods fasting urine was collected from 126 college students in autumn and winter 2013. Vitamin C and total antioxidant capacity of malondialdehyde (MDA) (MDA), (TAC), calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and creatine were measured. At the same time, the intake of vegetables and fruits for one week was investigated by food frequency method.
