【摘要】：目的制訂患有基礎(chǔ)疾病兒童的預(yù)防接種建議,并評估預(yù)防接種安全性。方法組織臨床兒科、流行病學(xué)、疫苗學(xué)等相關(guān)領(lǐng)域?qū)＜艺撟C,形成基礎(chǔ)疾病兒童的預(yù)防接種共識建議,觀察符合接種建議的患兒接種疫苗后30天內(nèi)的不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果制訂了14種疾病的預(yù)防接種專家共識建議,用于北京市順義區(qū)26家常規(guī)接種門診。對患免疫性血小板減少性紫癜、驚厥、先天性甲狀腺功能減退或亢進(jìn)、先天性膽道閉鎖、川崎病的25名兒童進(jìn)行了147劑次的疫苗接種,均未發(fā)生不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論采用專家論證形成預(yù)防接種共識建議的方法可指導(dǎo)接種醫(yī)生對患病兒童接種疫苗,提高接種率,確保接種安全。
[Abstract]:Objective to make vaccination recommendations for children with basic diseases and evaluate the safety of vaccination. Methods to organize the demonstration of clinical pediatrics, epidemiological, vaccine and other related fields, to form the consensus suggestion of vaccination for children with basic diseases, and to observe the adverse reactions within 30 days after vaccination. Results the consensus recommendation of vaccination experts for 14 diseases was formulated and applied to 26 routine vaccination clinic in Shunyi District of Beijing. Twenty-five children with immune thrombocytopenic purpura, convulsion, congenital hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism, congenital bile duct atresia and Kawasaki disease were vaccinated 147 times without adverse reactions. Conclusion the method of establishing consensus suggestion of vaccination by experts can guide vaccinated doctors to vaccinate sick children, improve vaccination rate and ensure vaccination safety.
