【摘要】：目的探討Gitelman綜合征的基因診斷。方法回顧性分析1例Gitelman綜合征患兒的臨床資料,及患兒與其父母、姐姐的基因分析結(jié)果。結(jié)果患兒,男,6歲。因發(fā)熱、低血鉀入院。經(jīng)檢測(cè)發(fā)現(xiàn)SLC12A3基因位點(diǎn)EXON 21c.2522AG p.(Asp841Gly)雜合寬度和EXON16 c.1946CT p.(Thr649Met)雜合突變,確診為Gitelman綜合征�；純耗赣H攜帶EXON21 c.2522AG p.(Asp841Gly)雜合,患兒父親和姐姐攜帶EXON16 c.1946CT p.(Thr649Met)雜合突變。結(jié)論SLC12A3基因檢測(cè)有助于Gitelman綜合征診斷,新發(fā)現(xiàn)SLC12A3基因突變豐富了Gitelman綜合征基因突變譜。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the gene diagnosis of Gitelman syndrome. Methods the clinical data of a child with Gitelman syndrome and the results of gene analysis among the children, their parents and their sisters were analyzed retrospectively. Results the child, male, was 6 years old. Due to fever, hypokalemia was admitted to hospital. It was found that EXON 21c.2522AG p. (Asp841Gly) heterozygous width and EXON16 c.1946CT p. (Thr649Met) heterozygous mutation at SLC12A3 gene locus were diagnosed as Gitelman syndrome. The mother carried EXON21 c.2522AG p. (Asp841Gly) heterozygous, and the father and sister carried EXON16 c.1946CT p. (Thr649Met) heterozygous mutation. Conclusion SLC12A3 gene detection is helpful to the diagnosis of Gitelman syndrome. It is found that SLC12A3 gene mutation enriches the gene mutation spectrum of Gitelman syndrome.
