【摘要】：目的對(duì)醫(yī)學(xué)生的同理心進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析研究,以加強(qiáng)對(duì)醫(yī)學(xué)生同理心的培養(yǎng)。方法采用問卷法,調(diào)查了413名學(xué)生的醫(yī)學(xué)同理心水平和一般同理心水平,其中醫(yī)學(xué)生208名,非醫(yī)學(xué)生205名,采用獨(dú)立樣本T檢驗(yàn)分析法。結(jié)果在杰斐遜量表中,醫(yī)學(xué)生的醫(yī)學(xué)同理心水平高于非醫(yī)學(xué)生。一般同理心量表結(jié)果表明,非醫(yī)學(xué)生的水平與醫(yī)學(xué)生水平?jīng)]有差異,但是在"幻想力"維度上差異顯著。在醫(yī)學(xué)同理心量表中,女生的同理心水平都明顯高于男生的同理心水平。不同專業(yè)的學(xué)生在杰斐遜量表中的"觀點(diǎn)選擇"、"換位思考"和一般同理心量表中的"幻想力"、"同理心關(guān)注"維度上有差異。結(jié)論研究提示,提高醫(yī)學(xué)生的同理心水平,須有針對(duì)性地開展工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare and analyze the empathy of medical students in order to strengthen the cultivation of empathy. Methods the medical empathy level and general empathy level of 413 medical students were investigated by questionnaire method, of which 208 were medical students. 205 non-medical students were analyzed by independent sample T-test. Results in Jefferson scale, the level of medical empathy of medical students was higher than that of non-medical students. The level of non-medical students was not different from that of medical students, but there was significant difference in the dimension of "fantasy". The level of empathy of female students was significantly higher than that of boys. The dimensions of "opinion selection", "transposition thinking" and "General empathy scale" of students with different majors in the Jefferson scale, and the dimension of "empathy concern" There is a difference in degree. Conclusion the study suggests, To improve the empathy level of medical students, we must carry out the work in a targeted way.
