【摘要】：對(duì)汽車內(nèi)飾件副儀表板裝飾蓋注塑模進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),運(yùn)用Pro/E軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)分型面的設(shè)計(jì),使用Moldflow對(duì)模具進(jìn)行了CAE分析,優(yōu)化了澆口位置,創(chuàng)新了模具設(shè)計(jì)方式。根據(jù)產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu),應(yīng)用斜頂機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)品四向側(cè)抽芯,簡化了模具結(jié)構(gòu),降低了制造成本。
[Abstract]:The injection mould for the accessory instrument panel decorative cover of automobile interior is designed, the parting surface is designed by Pro/E software, the mould is analyzed by CAE with Moldflow, the gate position is optimized and the design method of die is innovated. According to the structure of the product, the oblique roof mechanism is used to realize the core pulling of the product in four directions, which simplifies the structure of the die and reduces the manufacturing cost.
