無錫紅星美凱龍家居裝飾市場Ⅰ,Ⅱ期過街樓改造工程結構方案優(yōu)化設計

【摘要】: 21世紀我國已出現(xiàn)在役建筑結構的維修高峰,并將持續(xù)相當一段時間,每年維修費用可能高達數(shù)千億元之多。本文廣泛收集國內(nèi)外加固研究成果,對混凝土結構、砌體結構和鋼結構房屋的常用加固方法進行了總結;詳細介紹了國內(nèi)外在碳纖維加固、粘鋼加固、玻璃鋼加固、型鋼加固中最新研究的成果。近年來隨著工程加固市場的不斷擴大和加固技術的不斷發(fā)展,,一個待加固工程的加固方案往往有很多種,但如何從多種方案中選擇技術可行,經(jīng)濟合理,社會效益良好的最合理的方案便成為一個有意義的問題。 無錫紅星美凱龍家居裝飾市場位于無錫市錫山區(qū)政府所在地東亭,主體工程由Ⅰ、Ⅱ期賣場組成。Ⅰ期工程建于2000年,四層框架結構、獨立柱基礎,柱距8.5米×8.0米,建筑面積79,488 m~2,Ⅱ期工程建于2005年,五層框架結構、獨立柱基,柱距8.5米×8.0米,建筑面積68,400 m~2。為了功能需要及適當增加營業(yè)面積,甲方于2005年4月提出在Ⅰ、Ⅱ期主體工程之間接建四層過街樓,工程面積合計4608m~2。 本文以該改造工程為研究對象,依據(jù)房屋安全鑒定中心對Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期工程的鑒定報告和多年的工程經(jīng)驗首先提出了懸挑法、擴大原柱基礎設計和粘鋼法三種設計方案;為了選取技術可行,經(jīng)濟合理,社會效益良好的最合理的方案的方案,采用了以價值工程為基礎的方案比選優(yōu)化模型,通過定量分析為主、定性分析為輔進行加固方案比選,綜合考慮安全性,適用性,耐久性,美觀性,造價,工期及易于設計與施工多方面,選出粘鋼法作為本工程的最優(yōu)方案;進一步應用粘鋼法進行了上部結構和基礎的加固設計,最后順利完成改建,達到預期目標。
