【摘要】:隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、通信技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)為代表的現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,人們?cè)絹碓街匾曅畔⒓夹g(shù)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)的改造。企業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng)正是信息技術(shù)在企業(yè)管理方面的典型應(yīng)用。企業(yè)建立綜合信息系統(tǒng),促進(jìn)了企業(yè)管理流程的合理化和管理方式的現(xiàn)代化,可以幫助企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)管理規(guī)范化、科學(xué)化,從而提高企業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。龍發(fā)裝飾公司多年來一直采用人工錄入數(shù)據(jù)和人工計(jì)算數(shù)據(jù)的方式,在數(shù)據(jù)管理、一致性、冗余上存在諸多弊端,管理人員在數(shù)據(jù)獲得時(shí)間上滯后,給統(tǒng)一管理和統(tǒng)一調(diào)配資源造成障礙,管理上處于較低的水平。隨著公司業(yè)務(wù)量的快速增長(zhǎng),目前的信息管理方式已無法滿足公司的發(fā)展需要。 本文在此背景下根據(jù)現(xiàn)代化的信息管理系統(tǒng)和龍發(fā)裝飾公司對(duì)企業(yè)信息化管理的需求,利用先進(jìn)的Web技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù),采用B/S的系統(tǒng)架構(gòu),設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了龍發(fā)公司的企業(yè)綜合信息管理系統(tǒng)。 本文首先闡述了信息管理系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀以及發(fā)展趨勢(shì),對(duì)當(dāng)前信息系統(tǒng)的兩種主要體系結(jié)構(gòu)(C/S和B/S)進(jìn)行了分析比較,提出了基于B/S架構(gòu)的系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案,同時(shí)分析了當(dāng)今流行的Web開發(fā)技術(shù)——ASP.NET2.0和數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)——SQL Server 2005;其次對(duì)龍發(fā)裝飾公司的綜合信息管理信息系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的需求分析,構(gòu)建了系統(tǒng)的功模塊,分析了系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)流程;之后闡述了系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),重點(diǎn)分析討論了系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)計(jì)、軟件設(shè)計(jì),利用關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫理論進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì);并按照軟件工程的方法利用.net平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)各功能模塊;然后對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了全面的測(cè)試分析,對(duì)測(cè)試結(jié)果進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)分析;最后對(duì)系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用前景和優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了客觀評(píng)價(jià),提出了進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)的設(shè)想。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern information technology represented by computer technology, communication technology and network technology, people pay more and more attention to the transformation of traditional industry by information technology. Enterprise management information system is the typical application of information technology in enterprise management. The establishment of comprehensive information system promotes the rationalization of enterprise management process and the modernization of management mode. It can help enterprises to realize the standardization and scientization of management, thus improving the market competitiveness of enterprises. Longfa Decoration Company has been using manual data input and manual calculation for many years. There are many drawbacks in data management, consistency and redundancy, and managers lag behind in data acquisition time. To unified management and unified allocation of resources to create obstacles, management is at a lower level. With the rapid growth of the company's business, the current information management can not meet the needs of the company. Under this background, according to the demand of modern information management system and Longfa Decoration Company for enterprise information management, using advanced Web technology and data technology, adopting the system structure of B / S, The enterprise integrated information management system of Longfa Company is designed and implemented. This paper first describes the current situation and development trend of information management system, analyzes and compares the two main architecture of information system, C / S and B / S, and puts forward the overall design scheme of the system based on B / S architecture. At the same time, it analyzes the popular Web development technology, ASP. Net 2.0 and database technology, SQL Server 2005. Secondly, it analyzes the requirement of the comprehensive information management information system of Longfa Decoration Company in detail, and constructs the work module of the system. After analyzing the business process of the system, the overall design goal of the system is described, and the hardware and software design of the system is discussed, and the detailed database design is carried out by using the relational database theory. According to the method of software engineering, every functional module of the system is realized by using .net platform. Then, the system is tested and analyzed, and the test results are evaluated. Finally, the application prospect, advantages and disadvantages of the system are evaluated objectively. The idea of further improvement is put forward.
