【摘要】：探討麗賽棉圣麻康特絲小提花裝飾布的織部生產(chǎn)技術(shù)要點(diǎn)。在絡(luò)筒工序要最大限度地清除粗細(xì)節(jié)和其他有害疵點(diǎn),減少毛羽;在整經(jīng)工序要適當(dāng)降低車(chē)速,避免紗線過(guò)度伸長(zhǎng);在漿紗工序要對(duì)漿料配方及漿紗工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)選,貼伏毛羽;在織造工序要合理確定開(kāi)口時(shí)間及引緯時(shí)間等工藝,才能保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量符合要求。
[Abstract]:This paper probes into the main points of the weaving technology of the small jacquard decorative cloth of St. Maaconte's silk in Lisai cotton. In the winding process, the coarse details and other harmful defects should be removed to the maximum extent, and the hairiness should be reduced; the speed of the warping process should be properly reduced to avoid excessive yarn elongation; and the sizing formula and sizing technological parameters should be optimized in the sizing process. In the weaving process, the opening time and weft insertion time should be reasonably determined to ensure the quality of the product meets the requirements.
