【摘要】：隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)也隨之發(fā)展。信息技術(shù)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用的高速發(fā)展,帶動(dòng)了網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。2015年國內(nèi)網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)市場規(guī)模達(dá)到70億元,次年預(yù)計(jì)超過90億元,中國網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)產(chǎn)業(yè)已進(jìn)入產(chǎn)業(yè)高速發(fā)展階段。晉江文學(xué)城作為中國網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)發(fā)展中最具代表性的網(wǎng)站,其發(fā)展歷程與中國網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)行業(yè)的發(fā)展基本同步。本研究將以晉江文學(xué)城為研究對象,通過對晉江文學(xué)城發(fā)展歷程的梳理,理清其發(fā)展歷程及現(xiàn)狀。進(jìn)而對其經(jīng)營發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行分析,以期能夠?yàn)槠湮磥戆l(fā)展制定發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和實(shí)施綱要。本研究采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、調(diào)查研究法和對比研究法,在研究國內(nèi)外戰(zhàn)略相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)上,以邁克爾·波特的五種作用力模型分析為基礎(chǔ),以其他相關(guān)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究理論為依據(jù),歸納整理出本研究的理論基礎(chǔ);在參考其他學(xué)者競爭戰(zhàn)略研究實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合晉江文學(xué)城實(shí)際發(fā)展情況,歸納出影響其發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的原因及因素;通過對晉江文學(xué)城的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部條件的客觀分析,對其發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行測量與評價(jià)研究。根據(jù)研究結(jié)論,結(jié)合晉江文學(xué)城實(shí)際制定出堅(jiān)守女性網(wǎng)絡(luò)文學(xué)市場、保持晉江文學(xué)城獨(dú)有特色、通過技術(shù)和管理創(chuàng)新降低成本、實(shí)現(xiàn)多方位擴(kuò)張的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并針對發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施提出了解決對策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the cultural industry has also developed. The rapid development of information technology and Internet application has driven the development of network literature industry. In 2015, the scale of domestic network literature market reached 7 billion yuan, and the next year it is expected to exceed 9 billion yuan. China's network literature industry has entered the stage of rapid industrial development. Jinjiang Literature City is the most representative website in the development of Chinese network literature. This research will take Jinjiang Literature City as the research object, through combing the development course of Jinjiang Literary City, clarify its development course and present situation. Then it analyzes its management and development strategy in order to make development strategy and implementation outline for its future development. This research adopts the literature research method, the investigation research method and the contrast research method, on the basis of studying the domestic and foreign strategic related literature, based on Michael Porter's five kinds of force model analysis. On the basis of other relevant development strategy research theories, the theoretical basis of this study is summarized and sorted out. On the basis of referring to the research practice of other scholars' competitive strategy, combined with the actual development situation of Jinjiang Literature City, the reasons and factors affecting the development strategy of Jinjiang Literature City are summarized. Based on the objective analysis of the external environment and internal conditions of Jinjiang Literature City, the development strategy of Jinjiang Literature City is measured and evaluated. According to the conclusion of the research, combining the Jinjiang Literature City with the actual development strategy of sticking to the female network literature market, keeping the unique characteristics of the Jinjiang Literature City, reducing the cost through technological and management innovation, and realizing the multi-directional expansion strategy, Some countermeasures are put forward for the implementation of the development strategy.
