【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)改革開(kāi)放的不斷深化，中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的繁榮發(fā)展，中國(guó)加強(qiáng)了與國(guó)際社會(huì)間的文化交流。如今越來(lái)越多的英文電影涌入了中國(guó)市場(chǎng)。作為文化與社會(huì)發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物，電影在促進(jìn)國(guó)際間文化交流方面有著十分重要的作用。觀眾如何從眾多的電影中挑出自己喜歡的電影呢？電影片名就是引導(dǎo)觀眾的工具。一個(gè)優(yōu)秀的電影片名不但可以增加影片的魅力，還會(huì)激發(fā)觀眾的好奇心。觀眾會(huì)被片名吸引，進(jìn)而去觀賞影片。因此，好的電影片名能夠起到有效的廣告促銷(xiāo)作用，實(shí)現(xiàn)影片的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和商業(yè)價(jià)值，而商業(yè)價(jià)值的實(shí)現(xiàn)正是電影的最終目標(biāo)。因此，片名翻譯引起了越來(lái)越多的關(guān)注，在中國(guó)翻譯界逐漸成為一個(gè)重要的組成部分。 目的論是德國(guó)翻譯家費(fèi)米爾提出來(lái)的。他認(rèn)為翻譯過(guò)程不僅僅是一種簡(jiǎn)單的語(yǔ)言轉(zhuǎn)換，而是一種帶有目的性的跨文化交流行為。翻譯是有目的的行為。目的論強(qiáng)調(diào)的是翻譯活動(dòng)的目的。它的核心觀點(diǎn)是目的決定方法。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)目的，任何合理的以及可行的方法都可以使用。本論文嘗試從目的論角度研究英文故事片片名的漢譯。用目的論來(lái)指導(dǎo)英文故事片片名漢譯的過(guò)程是行之有效的。目的論的指導(dǎo)有助于片名功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)和故事片的推廣。 根據(jù)不同的分類(lèi)方法，電影可以分為不同的種類(lèi)。通常情況下，電影可以分為三類(lèi)：紀(jì)錄片，教育片以及故事片。前兩類(lèi)電影的專(zhuān)業(yè)性和針對(duì)性較強(qiáng)，傳播面遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)沒(méi)有故事片那么廣泛，日常生活中，，人們接觸到的電影大多都是故事片，而對(duì)紀(jì)錄片和教育片的接觸比較少。因此本論文對(duì)紀(jì)錄片和教育片不予討論，只研究第三類(lèi)電影故事片。本論文對(duì)于英文故事片片名的研究能夠使得英文電影片名的漢譯研究更加完善。 通過(guò)列舉大量經(jīng)典的以及知名度高的英文故事片片名漢譯的實(shí)例，本論文得出以下結(jié)論：目的論為電影片名翻譯提出了新的評(píng)判標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。譯者享有更多的自由空間，可以充分發(fā)揮其主觀能動(dòng)性和創(chuàng)造力。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)目的，譯者可以采取適當(dāng)?shù)撵`活的翻譯策略。目的論為片名翻譯的過(guò)程中多種不同方法的選擇提供了理論基礎(chǔ)與支撐。目的論與英文故事片片名漢譯的有效結(jié)合有助于片名功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)，英文故事片的推廣傳播以及故事片藝術(shù)價(jià)值與經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous deepening of China's reform and opening up, China's economic prosperity and development. China has strengthened its cultural exchanges with the international community. Nowadays, more and more English-language films pour into the Chinese market as a product of cultural and social development. Movies play a very important role in promoting international cultural exchanges. How can viewers pick out their favorite films from many films? Film title is a tool to guide the audience. A good film title can not only increase the charm of the film, but also arouse the curiosity of the audience. The audience will be attracted to the title, and then to watch the film. Good film title can play an effective role in advertising promotion, achieve the economic and commercial value of the film, and the realization of commercial value is the ultimate goal of the film. Title translation has attracted more and more attention and has gradually become an important part in the field of translation in China. Skopos theory was put forward by German translator Fimmel, who believes that the process of translation is not only a simple language conversion. Translation is a purposeful act. Skopos theory emphasizes the purpose of translation. Its core point of view is the method of Skopos. Any reasonable and feasible method can be used. This thesis attempts to study the translation of English feature film titles from the perspective of Skopos. It is effective to use Skopos theory to guide the process of translating English feature titles into Chinese. The guidance of the theory is helpful to the realization of the title function and the promotion of the feature film. According to different classification methods, films can be divided into different types. Usually, films can be divided into three categories: documentary, educational and feature films. The first two types of films are more professional and targeted. Spread far less widely than feature films, daily life, people come into contact with most of the films are feature films. However, there is little contact between documentary and educational film. Therefore, this paper does not discuss documentary and educational film. Only the third category of feature films is studied in this thesis. The research on the titles of English feature films can make the Chinese translation of English film titles more perfect. By listing a large number of classic and well-known English feature film title translation examples. This thesis draws the following conclusions: Skopos theory provides a new criterion for the translation of film titles. Translators have more freedom and can give full play to their initiative and creativity in order to achieve their goals. The Skopos Theory provides the theoretical basis and support for the choice of various methods in the process of translating film titles. The effective combination of Skopos theory and English film titles translation is helpful. The realization of the title function. The promotion and dissemination of English feature films and the realization of the artistic and economic value of feature films.
