【摘要】: 移動支付,一種在射頻識別(RFID)和互連技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來的技術(shù),也可稱為手機(jī)支付,可定義為:“通過手機(jī)等移動通訊設(shè)備來進(jìn)行交易的行為方式”。隨著第三代移動通信的大規(guī)模推廣,移動支付已成為各方聚焦的熱點議題,其技術(shù)架構(gòu)可實現(xiàn)電子支付、數(shù)據(jù)交換、身份認(rèn)證、防偽、票務(wù)、廣告等各種功能,引發(fā)一系列新型的用戶消費及應(yīng)用模式。來自工信部的數(shù)據(jù)顯示,截至2009年上半年,我國手機(jī)支付定制用戶總量接近兩千萬戶,支付金額共170億元。但是,我們也看到,我國的移動支付尚處于起步階段,還沒有形成一套完整的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),而超高頻移動支付方案更是還有大量的研究工作要做,使技術(shù)更加成熟,方案更加完善,形成完整的超高頻移動支付標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 本文正是在這樣的發(fā)展背景下,總結(jié)了射頻識別系統(tǒng)的電磁學(xué)基礎(chǔ)和天線理論;深入研究了移動支付系統(tǒng)的基本原理、發(fā)展歷程、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,采用軟硬件相結(jié)合的方式,設(shè)計了一款超高頻遠(yuǎn)距離移動支付讀卡器,其讀寫距離可達(dá)10m以上;提出了一種超高頻距離定位技術(shù),使移動支付的使用環(huán)境更加安全,創(chuàng)新了移動支付的理論方法。主要工作如下: 首先,在對射頻識別相關(guān)電磁理論和天線技術(shù)綜述基礎(chǔ)上,分析并設(shè)計了本項目的開發(fā)流程,詳細(xì)介紹了超高頻移動支付系統(tǒng)的性能指標(biāo)、基本組成、工作原理及數(shù)據(jù)協(xié)議。 其次,根據(jù)工作原理完成了系統(tǒng)的工作狀態(tài)圖;對系統(tǒng)的低功耗思想及距離控制方法進(jìn)行了說明,完成了系統(tǒng)硬件芯片的選型分析。 第三,討論了RF-SIM方案讀卡器的硬件組成和設(shè)計方法。分別對讀卡器的射頻收發(fā)器模塊、MCU模塊以及距離控制模塊等部分進(jìn)行了軟硬件設(shè)計。 第四,創(chuàng)新性的提出了一種距離定位的方法;為實現(xiàn)長距離射頻傳輸要求,設(shè)計了射頻功率放大器(RFPA)作為讀卡器前端收發(fā)電路;根據(jù)讀卡器需要設(shè)計了一種寬頻帶微帶天線。 第五,完成了2.4GHz移動支付讀卡器系統(tǒng)PCB的設(shè)計及軟硬件的調(diào)試。
[Abstract]:Mobile payment, a technology developed on the basis of radio frequency identification (RFID) and interconnection technology, can also be called mobile phone payment. It can be defined as "the behavior of transaction through mobile communication devices such as mobile phones". With the large-scale promotion of the third generation mobile communication, mobile payment has become a hot topic. Its technical framework can achieve electronic payment, data exchange, identity authentication, security, ticketing, advertising and other functions, leading to a series of new user consumption and application patterns. Data from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology display. Up to the first half of 2009, the total number of mobile phone payment custom users in China is close to 20 million, the total payment amount is 17 billion yuan. However, we also see that mobile payment in China is still in its infancy. There is not yet a complete set of technical standards, and the UHF mobile payment scheme still has a lot of research work to do, so that the technology is more mature, the scheme is more perfect, forming a complete UHF mobile payment standard. In this paper, the electromagnetic theory and antenna theory of RFID system are summarized. In this paper, the basic principle, development history and current situation of mobile payment system are studied in depth. A UHF remote mobile payment card reader is designed by combining software and hardware. The distance between reading and writing is more than 10m. In this paper, a UHF distance location technology is proposed to make the mobile payment environment more secure, and the theoretical method of mobile payment is innovated. The main work is as follows: First of all, on the basis of summarizing the theory of radio frequency identification (RFID) and antenna technology, the development process of this project is analyzed and designed, and the performance index and basic composition of UHF mobile payment system are introduced in detail. Working principle and data protocol. Secondly, the working state diagram of the system is completed according to the working principle, the low power consumption thought and the distance control method of the system are explained, and the selection and analysis of the hardware chip of the system are completed. Thirdly, the hardware composition and design method of the RF-SIM card reader are discussed, and the hardware and software of the RF transceiver module and the distance control module of the card reader are designed respectively. 4th, an innovative method of distance positioning is proposed. In order to meet the requirement of long distance RF transmission, RF power amplifier (RFPA) is designed as the transceiver of card reader. A wide band microstrip antenna is designed according to the needs of card reader. 5th, completed 2.4 GHz mobile payment card reader system PCB design and hardware and software debugging.
