【摘要】:在如今中國(guó)汽車市場(chǎng)客戶需求日益多樣化,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈的環(huán)境下,如何擺脫自身品質(zhì)困境,如何形成自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),如何提升核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力是當(dāng)前各大汽車制造廠商最為關(guān)注的問題。因此,整個(gè)企業(yè)汽車工廠的網(wǎng)絡(luò)集成化程度,信息采集準(zhǔn)確度,系統(tǒng)快速響應(yīng)度、生產(chǎn)管理實(shí)時(shí)度等問題凸顯出來。論文研究對(duì)象是位于上層的計(jì)劃管理系統(tǒng)與底層的工業(yè)控制系統(tǒng)之間的面向汽車工廠層的MES制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)。MES系統(tǒng)采用分布式實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)庫結(jié)構(gòu),模塊化編程方法設(shè)計(jì)而成,將OPC技術(shù)、Web網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、RFID識(shí)別技術(shù)、PMON通信接口技術(shù)等相結(jié)合!撐闹攸c(diǎn)是MES系統(tǒng)的功能、結(jié)構(gòu)及其關(guān)鍵應(yīng)用技術(shù)應(yīng)用和實(shí)現(xiàn)等。MES制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法是通過OPC服務(wù)器和IO Manager管理器將實(shí)時(shí)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù)采集到數(shù)據(jù)采集服務(wù)器中,并將采集到的數(shù)據(jù)通過ODBC技術(shù)保存到系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫中,然后再通過Web網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)將數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)布到Web客戶端主機(jī),這樣用戶就可以通過internet瀏覽器遠(yuǎn)程訪問數(shù)據(jù)庫中的內(nèi)容。MES系統(tǒng)通過PMON接口將現(xiàn)場(chǎng)車身跟蹤情況實(shí)時(shí)反饋給FIS工業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)采集管理系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)公司層根據(jù)提供的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)規(guī)劃、工藝流程更改和物料購買等一系列生產(chǎn)管理活動(dòng)。MES制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)投入運(yùn)行之后,目前已經(jīng)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行在60JPH的高生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍之下,以其高效率、高可靠和高精度的表現(xiàn)為企業(yè)降低了生產(chǎn)成本,降低了設(shè)備故障率,提高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率。從而達(dá)到了汽車企業(yè)改善生產(chǎn)過程、優(yōu)化業(yè)務(wù)流程,降低生產(chǎn)成本,提升汽車工廠的智能化、信息化水平,增強(qiáng)汽車企業(yè)市場(chǎng)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的終極目標(biāo)。
