【摘要】：財(cái)務(wù)服務(wù)工作事關(guān)學(xué)校財(cái)政的收入與支出,由于其敏感性較強(qiáng),一直是各大企事業(yè)單位工作中的重點(diǎn),對于高等院校也不例外。云南技師學(xué)院歷年來對財(cái)務(wù)服務(wù)工作高度重視,對于財(cái)務(wù)工作中牽涉到的各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)支出進(jìn)行明確的規(guī)定與審核,確保學(xué)校的財(cái)政狀況處于健康運(yùn)行狀態(tài)。在當(dāng)今學(xué)校單位日常辦公信息化的今天,財(cái)務(wù)服務(wù)工作在線化成為大趨勢,云南技師學(xué)院原有的財(cái)務(wù)處理機(jī)制已經(jīng)不符合要求。因此該校決定進(jìn)行網(wǎng)上財(cái)務(wù)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)。在云南技師學(xué)院網(wǎng)上財(cái)務(wù)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)工作中,采用了 MVC設(shè)計(jì)模式、SSH框架等技術(shù)手段。根據(jù)B/S架構(gòu)的核心思想,業(yè)務(wù)處理集中在服務(wù)器端進(jìn)行;而MVC設(shè)計(jì)模式以分層為基本理念,在實(shí)現(xiàn)各組件分離、降低組件之間耦合性的基礎(chǔ)之上,進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的分層,并采用SSH框架作為本系統(tǒng)的框架技術(shù)。數(shù)據(jù)庫層面采用Oraclellg,有效增強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)的安全性與穩(wěn)定性。云南技師學(xué)院網(wǎng)上財(cái)務(wù)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了網(wǎng)上報(bào)賬管理、薪酬發(fā)放管理、網(wǎng)上銀行收費(fèi)管理、財(cái)務(wù)查詢等主要業(yè)務(wù)。其中網(wǎng)上報(bào)賬管理功能實(shí)現(xiàn)了日常報(bào)銷管理、差旅費(fèi)管理以及借款業(yè)務(wù)管理等子功能;薪酬發(fā)放管理實(shí)現(xiàn)了學(xué)生酬金發(fā)放管理、校內(nèi)人員其他工薪收入管理等子功能;網(wǎng)上銀行收費(fèi)管理功能實(shí)現(xiàn)了網(wǎng)上繳費(fèi)、互聯(lián)管理等子功能;財(cái)務(wù)查詢實(shí)現(xiàn)了教工工資查詢、教工個人所得稅查詢、教工其他收入明細(xì)查詢、教工個人往來款查詢以及教工個人項(xiàng)目余額查詢幾個方面。關(guān)于本系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)工作,在充分考慮網(wǎng)上財(cái)務(wù)處理機(jī)制特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)之上,與云南技師學(xué)院的日常工作流程進(jìn)行了結(jié)合。在對網(wǎng)上報(bào)賬管理基礎(chǔ)業(yè)務(wù)詳細(xì)分析并具體實(shí)現(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)之上,對具體的薪酬發(fā)放層面進(jìn)行了分析與功能的角色明確。通過上述工作,對教職工學(xué)生等學(xué)校人員的報(bào)銷工作流程進(jìn)行了簡化,提升了相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)處理的效率;并在此基礎(chǔ)上對學(xué)校的各項(xiàng)財(cái)務(wù)支出轉(zhuǎn)入進(jìn)行了規(guī)范,確保了學(xué)校財(cái)政收支的合理性與安全性。綜上所述,本系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)全面系統(tǒng)提升了云南技師學(xué)院網(wǎng)上財(cái)務(wù)服務(wù)工作的規(guī)范性和質(zhì)量,業(yè)務(wù)處理效率得到進(jìn)一步保證。
[Abstract]:The work of financial service is related to the income and expenditure of the school finance. Because of its high sensitivity, it has always been the focus of the work of the major enterprises and institutions, and is no exception to the institutions of higher learning. Yunnan technician College has attached great importance to the work of financial service over the years. In order to ensure that the financial situation of the school is in a healthy state of operation, the financial expenses involved in the financial work are clearly stipulated and audited. Today, with the information of the daily office of the school unit, Online financial services become a major trend, The original financial processing mechanism of Yunnan technician College has not met the requirements. Therefore, the school decided to carry out the research and development of the online financial service system. In the research and development of the online financial service system of Yunnan technician College, MVC design pattern and SSH framework are adopted. According to the core idea of the B / S architecture, business processing is concentrated on the server, while the MVC design pattern takes stratification as the basic idea and realizes the separation of components. On the basis of reducing the coupling between components, the system is layered. The SSH framework is adopted as the frame technology of the system, and the database level is adopted by Oraclellg, which effectively enhances the security and stability of the system data. The online financial service system of Yunnan University of Mechanics realizes the online accounting management and salary distribution management. Online banking charge management, financial inquiry and other main business. Among them, online account reporting management functions to achieve the day-to-day reimbursement management, travel management and loan business management sub-functions, pay management to achieve the management of student gratuities, Other sub-functions such as wage income management for school personnel; online banking charge management functions realize the sub-functions of online payment, interconnection management, etc.; Financial inquiry realizes the inquiry of teaching staff's wages, the staff's personal income tax inquiry, etc. Regarding the research and development of this system, the research and development of this system is based on the consideration of the characteristics of the financial processing mechanism on the Internet, on the basis of the detailed inquiry of other income of the teaching staff, the inquiry of the personal income of the teaching staff and the inquiry of the personal item balance of the teaching staff. Combined with the daily work flow of Yunnan technician College. On the basis of detailed analysis and realization of the basic business of online accounting management, Through the above work, it simplifies the work flow of the staff, students and other school personnel, and improves the efficiency of the related business processing. On this basis, the financial expenditure of the school is standardized to ensure the rationality and security of the school's financial revenue and expenditure. The research and development of this system has improved the standardization and quality of the online financial service of Yunnan technician College, and the efficiency of business processing has been further guaranteed.
