【摘要】：本文以老年人社交為研究對象,以馬斯洛需求層次論為理論基礎,結合用戶體驗設計與老年學的相關理論,構建了適老性移動終端社交平臺的用戶需求模型,并使用該模型指導設計實踐。首先,本文通過分析移動終端特性得出了使用于移動終端的用戶體驗設計理論,并通過研究權威機構發(fā)布的數(shù)據(jù)報告,對當前市場的移動終端社交平臺的屬性分類及使用情況進行了深入的分析。其次,通過對老年學的書籍文獻進行研究,分析了本研究的目標用戶——老年群體的生理、心理特性和生活形態(tài),并總結了這些特性對產(chǎn)品使用的影響。然后,使用定量的問卷調(diào)查法以及定性的結構式訪談法,對我國老年群體的社交行為、社交心理以及老年用戶移動終端社交平臺的使用情況進行了實際調(diào)研。根據(jù)需求層次論和用戶體驗設計理論構建出了產(chǎn)品設計的需求層次模型,并結合實際調(diào)研,探索出適老性移動終端社交平臺的具體用戶需求。在此基礎上,確立了適老性移動終端社交平臺的服務內(nèi)容和具體功能,從而完成了老年移動社交移動端APP的設計實踐。本文的研究成果對產(chǎn)品設計中的需求層次理論以及老年移動社交均有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:Based on Maslow's theory of hierarchy of needs and the relevant theories of user experience design and gerontology, this paper constructs a model of user demand for social platform of aging mobile terminal based on the research object of social networking of the elderly, which is based on Maslow's theory of hierarchy of needs, combined with the relevant theories of user experience design and gerontology.The model is used to guide the design practice.First of all, by analyzing the characteristics of mobile terminals, this paper obtains the design theory of user experience used in mobile terminals, and studies the data reports issued by authoritative organizations.The attribute classification and usage of mobile terminal social platform in current market are analyzed.Secondly, through the study of gerontology books and literatures, this paper analyzes the physiological, psychological characteristics and life forms of the target users of this study, and summarizes the influence of these characteristics on the use of products.Then, a quantitative questionnaire survey and a qualitative structured interview method are used to investigate the social behavior, social psychology and the use of mobile terminal social platform of elderly users in China.Based on the requirement hierarchy theory and the user experience design theory, the requirement hierarchy model of product design is constructed, and the specific user needs of the social platform of mobile terminal are explored in combination with the actual investigation.On this basis, the service content and specific function of the aging mobile terminal social platform are established, and the design practice of the elderly mobile mobile terminal APP is completed.The research results of this paper have some reference value for the theory of demand hierarchy in product design and mobile social networking for the elderly.
