【摘要】：道德教育是艾滋病防治的重要舉措,大眾傳播是道德教育的重要載體,因而在艾滋病報(bào)道中應(yīng)開(kāi)展道德教育。在艾滋病的宣傳報(bào)道中,社會(huì)公德、職業(yè)道德、家庭美德、個(gè)人品德教育貫穿其中,在內(nèi)容和原則上具有統(tǒng)一性。研究《人民日?qǐng)?bào)》艾滋病報(bào)道中的道德教育問(wèn)題,能夠豐富道德教育的內(nèi)涵,為艾滋病的防治提供道德力量。社會(huì)公德是指人們?cè)谏鐣?huì)公共生活中應(yīng)當(dāng)遵守的道德準(zhǔn)則和規(guī)范。在現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中,艾滋病患者/感染者會(huì)因“病恥感”感受到不公與失衡,遭遇到“陌生人”的歧視和冷漠,影響他們正常的公共生活�！度嗣袢�?qǐng)?bào)》在艾滋病報(bào)道中提倡利他的交往方式,引領(lǐng)公正的社會(huì)風(fēng)尚,有助于營(yíng)造艾滋病防治的公正環(huán)境,提供艾滋病防治的公德力量。職業(yè)道德是指人們?cè)诼殬I(yè)活動(dòng)中所應(yīng)遵循的具有職業(yè)特征的道德要求和行為準(zhǔn)則。由于醫(yī)護(hù)工作者會(huì)面臨“愛(ài)自己”還是“愛(ài)他人”的困惑,艾滋病患者/感染者則常遭遇“就業(yè)難”的困境,《人民日?qǐng)?bào)》在報(bào)道艾滋病時(shí)注重開(kāi)展職業(yè)道德教育:醫(yī)方要有治無(wú)類(lèi)、慎言守密;患方要遵紀(jì)守法、平等就業(yè)。這對(duì)降低艾滋病防治的職業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),維護(hù)艾滋病患者的就業(yè)權(quán)利等大有裨益。家庭美德是調(diào)節(jié)家庭內(nèi)部成員及與家庭生活密切相關(guān)的人際關(guān)系的行為規(guī)范。目前,我國(guó)存在“性觀念”混亂的現(xiàn)象,艾滋病患者/感染者的后代和身患艾滋病的兒童常常生活在困苦之中�！度嗣袢�?qǐng)?bào)》在艾滋病報(bào)道中倡導(dǎo)忠誠(chéng)、責(zé)任、親情等理念,呼吁建立平等相愛(ài)的夫妻關(guān)系,形成和諧互愛(ài)的親子關(guān)系,有利于筑牢艾滋病防治的首道防線,夯實(shí)艾滋病防治的教育基礎(chǔ)。個(gè)人品德是通過(guò)社會(huì)道德教育和個(gè)人自覺(jué)的道德修養(yǎng)所形成的穩(wěn)定的心理狀態(tài)和行為習(xí)慣。在艾滋病的預(yù)防、控制、治療的過(guò)程中,道德壓力會(huì)給患者帶來(lái)內(nèi)憂(yōu)外患,道德缺失會(huì)加速疫情傳播�！度嗣袢�?qǐng)?bào)》在報(bào)道艾滋病時(shí),大力倡導(dǎo)自強(qiáng)不息、奮進(jìn)不止、平等友善、寬容守信等道德規(guī)范,有益于實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)人的自我完善,推動(dòng)社會(huì)公德、職業(yè)道德、家庭美德的建設(shè)。探究《人民日?qǐng)?bào)》艾滋病報(bào)道中的道德教育問(wèn)題,對(duì)我們培育和踐行社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀,運(yùn)用思想政治教育大眾傳播載體,堅(jiān)持思想政治教育滲透原則等,具有重要的啟迪意義。
[Abstract]:Moral education is an important measure in AIDS prevention and control, and mass communication is an important carrier of moral education. Therefore, moral education should be carried out in AIDS reporting. Personal moral education runs through it and has unity in content and principle. To study the issue of moral education in the AIDS report of People's Daily can enrich the connotation of moral education. Social morality refers to the moral norms and norms that people should abide by in the public life of society. In real life, AIDS patients / infected people will feel unfair and unbalanced because of the "ill sense of shame". The discrimination and indifference of "strangers" have affected their normal public life. In the AIDS report, People's Daily advocated altruistic ways of communication, led a just social fashion, and helped to create a just environment for the prevention and treatment of AIDS. Professional ethics refers to the ethical requirements and codes of conduct that people should follow in their professional activities. As health care workers are faced with the confusion of "loving themselves" or "loving others", AIDS patients / infected people often encounter the plight of "difficult employment". When reporting on AIDS, People's Daily pays attention to the education of professional ethics: doctors should treat people without distinction, be careful to keep their words secret, and patients should abide by the law and discipline. Equal employment. This can help reduce the occupational risk of HIV / AIDS prevention and control and safeguard the employment rights of AIDS patients. Family virtue is the code of conduct that regulates family members and interpersonal relationships that are closely related to family life. There is a "sexual confusion" phenomenon in our country, the descendants of AIDS patients / infected persons and children suffering from AIDS often live in distress. < People's Daily > advocates the concepts of loyalty, responsibility, and kinship in AIDS reports. Calling for the establishment of equal and loving relationship between husband and wife, forming a harmonious and loving parent-child relationship is conducive to building a solid first line of defense against AIDS. Tamp the educational foundation of AIDS prevention and treatment. Personal morality is a stable psychological state and behavior habit formed by social moral education and personal moral self-cultivation. In the process of AIDS prevention, control and treatment, Moral pressure will bring internal and external troubles to patients, and moral deficiency will speed up the spread of the epidemic. [People's Daily] in reporting on AIDS, he vigorously advocated moral norms such as self-improvement, unceasing efforts, equality and friendliness, tolerance and trustworthiness, and so on. It is beneficial to the realization of personal self-improvement, to promote the construction of social morality, professional ethics and family virtue. To explore the moral education in the AIDS report of People's Daily and to cultivate and practice the socialist core values, It is of great significance to use the carrier of mass communication of ideological and political education and adhere to the principle of ideological and political education penetration.
