采用納米陶瓷膜技術(shù)提標(biāo)改造工業(yè)園區(qū)廢水工程實(shí)例

【摘要】:以廣西某工業(yè)區(qū)廢水處理工程為例,采用納米陶瓷膜污水處理工藝,對(duì)園區(qū)廢水處理工藝進(jìn)行提標(biāo)改造,并對(duì)運(yùn)行效果和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益進(jìn)行了分析和總結(jié)。運(yùn)行結(jié)果表明,改造后出水可穩(wěn)定達(dá)到城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)一級(jí)A標(biāo)準(zhǔn),污水處理成本降低,處理成本從改造前1.03元/t降低到約為0.641元/t,經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)境和社會(huì)效益明顯。
[Abstract]:Taking the wastewater treatment project of an industrial area in Guangxi as an example, the wastewater treatment process of the park was improved by using nano-ceramic membrane wastewater treatment process, and the operation effect and economic benefit were analyzed and summarized.The operation results show that the effluent can reach the first class A standard of pollutant discharge standard for urban sewage treatment plants, and the cost of sewage treatment is reduced from 1.03 yuan / t to about 0.641 yuan / t, which is economical.Environmental and social benefits are obvious.
