【摘要】："人類命運(yùn)共同體"這一重要論述,引入到可持續(xù)發(fā)展領(lǐng)域,具有核心概念的理論價(jià)值和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。"人類命運(yùn)共同體",作為人類不可分割的共同利益的追求主體、作為無可替代的自然生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的維護(hù)主體、作為追求"代際公平"而維護(hù)后代人利益能力的代言主體,"可持續(xù)發(fā)展"只有在這一視野下才能體現(xiàn)其本質(zhì);也只有在這一視野下,綠色發(fā)展核算、環(huán)境庫茨涅茲曲線、代際公平等認(rèn)識(shí),才有其切合現(xiàn)實(shí)根本問題的價(jià)值;也只有在這一視野下,才能夠認(rèn)識(shí)到人造財(cái)富替代自然財(cái)富的發(fā)展模式、成本外部化的利潤獲取模式、公有地悲劇的行為模式的最終解決路徑。唯有以關(guān)注"人類命運(yùn)共同體"利益的生態(tài)文明去超越僅追求個(gè)體經(jīng)濟(jì)利益的工業(yè)文明,人類世代賴以生存?zhèn)鞒械淖匀簧鷳B(tài)系統(tǒng)的持續(xù)性才有可能得以維護(hù)。中國致力于生態(tài)文明建設(shè),是從"人類命運(yùn)共同體"視野對全球工業(yè)化階段累積問題和未竟問題的積極因應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:The important exposition of "Human fate Community" is introduced into the field of sustainable development, which has the theoretical value and practical value of the core concept. "The Community of Human Destiny, as the main body of pursuit of the indivisible common interests of mankind, as the mainstay of the irreplaceable natural ecosystem,As the agent of pursuing "intergenerational equity" and safeguarding the interests of future generations, "sustainable development" can only embody its essence in this field of vision, and only under this vision, green development accounting, environmental Kuznets curve, "sustainable development", "sustainable development", "sustainable development", "sustainable development", "sustainable development" can only reflect its essence in this field of vision.Only in this field of vision can we realize that artificial wealth can replace natural wealth and gain profit by externalizing cost.The final solution to the behavior pattern of tragedy in public land.Only by focusing on the interests of the "Human fate Community" to transcend the industrial civilization which only pursues the interests of individual economy, the sustainability of the natural ecosystem on which human beings depend for survival and inheritance for generations can be maintained.China's commitment to the construction of ecological civilization is a positive response to the cumulative and unfinished problems in the stage of global industrialization from the perspective of the "Community of Human Destiny".
