明代開(kāi)中鹽法產(chǎn)生及其嬗變的經(jīng)濟(jì)分析

【摘要】：開(kāi)中法是明代經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域的一項(xiàng)重要的制度。其存在于明代鹽業(yè)的運(yùn)銷(xiāo)領(lǐng)域達(dá)到二百余年之久�？疾扉_(kāi)中制度產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展及其實(shí)現(xiàn)制度變遷的過(guò)程有助于我們更全面深入地了解這一制度。同時(shí),也可以從中來(lái)窺探當(dāng)時(shí)的國(guó)家和商人之間的關(guān)系,以及在國(guó)家和商人雙方博弈過(guò)程中雙方所處的地位,商人集團(tuán)在開(kāi)中制度變遷中的作用,乃至開(kāi)中法被萬(wàn)歷綱法所取代的必然性。 本文將著重采用新制度經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的理論來(lái)分析,其中包括國(guó)家理論,制度的變遷理論和產(chǎn)權(quán)理論等。同時(shí)也將采用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中的博弈理論來(lái)分析。在采用這些經(jīng)濟(jì)理論的同時(shí),本文也將結(jié)合其它如心理學(xué)、政治學(xué)、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)等多學(xué)科的研究方法加以研究。而應(yīng)用這些研究方法所得出的結(jié)論將更好地證明前人的研究成果以及對(duì)前人研究的某些遺漏和瑕疵之處給予補(bǔ)充和完善。
[Abstract]:The opening and the Chinese law is an important system in the economic field of the Ming Dynasty. It existed for more than two hundred years in the transportation and marketing field of the salt industry in the Ming Dynasty. The process of exploring the opening system, development and the process of realizing the institutional change will help us to understand the system more thoroughly and deeply. At the same time, we can also explore the state and the merchant of the time. Relations, as well as the position of both sides in the process of the game between the state and the merchants, the role of the merchant group in the institutional change of the opening and the opening, and even the necessity of opening China and France by the Wanli program.
This article will focus on the analysis of the theory of new institutional economics, including the theory of state, the theory of institutional change and the theory of property rights. At the same time, it will also be analyzed by the game theory in economics. While adopting these economic theories, this paper will also combine other research methods such as psychology, politics and statistics. The conclusions obtained by the application of these methods will better prove the achievements of previous studies and to supplement and improve some of the omissions and defects of previous studies.
