【摘要】：對(duì)南宋政權(quán)來(lái)說(shuō),在臨安城內(nèi)嵌入各種朝廷衙署,是使這座城市從地方都會(huì)變?yōu)檎�治中心的必要條件之一,不過(guò)臨安有限的城市規(guī)模、既有的空間格局對(duì)此制約甚大。在帝制時(shí)代歷代王朝的都城中,臨安的面積偏小,城外的地理?xiàng)l件也使臨安城在空間上難以拓展。就政治形勢(shì)而言,南宋長(zhǎng)期處于外部的軍事壓力下,無(wú)法對(duì)臨安進(jìn)行大規(guī)模重建。在這種情況下,即便是作為朝廷核心機(jī)構(gòu)的三省,其衙署的創(chuàng)設(shè)也不免遇到困難,故而在地理位置和空間分布上極具特色。由于宮城位于臨安城南端,三省只好在宮城以北安置。宮城附近可利用空間有限,造成三省在臨安無(wú)法整體植入,除主體部分靠近宮城外,六部架閣庫(kù)、文思院、軍器所、禮部貢院、別試所等下屬機(jī)構(gòu)不得不散置于臨安的其他地塊。三省與臨安的日常生活空間之間存在緊張關(guān)系:附近云集的店鋪和住宅,導(dǎo)致三省主體部分的安保條件欠佳、火情危險(xiǎn)不斷;其他下屬機(jī)構(gòu)也是面臨復(fù)雜的周?chē)�環(huán)境,這使其日常管理、職能發(fā)揮頗受影響。另一方面,這些機(jī)構(gòu)的植入,是臨安的都城機(jī)能完善的重要組成部分,并在一定程度上改變了臨安的空間結(jié)構(gòu)、都市景觀。正是都城機(jī)能與城市空間的不斷調(diào)適,使臨安成為帝制時(shí)代頗為獨(dú)特的一個(gè)都城。
[Abstract]:For the regime of the Southern Song Dynasty, embedding various kinds of imperial government offices in Linan is one of the necessary conditions for the city to become a political center from the local capital, but the limited size of the city in Lin'an is restricted by the existing spatial pattern. The area of Linan was small and the geographical conditions outside made it difficult to expand in space. As far as the political situation is concerned, the Southern Song Dynasty was under external military pressure for a long time and could not rebuild Linan on a large scale. In this case, even as the core organs of the three provinces, the establishment of its Yazu also encountered difficulties, so the geographical location and spatial distribution is extremely unique. Because Miyagi City is located in the southern tip of Linan City, the three provinces had to be placed north of the Miyagi City. The limited space available near Miyagi resulted in the three provinces being unable to implant the whole in Linan. Except for the main body near Miyagi, there are six pavilions, the Wen and Si Yuan, the military equipment Institute, and the Ministry of Rites tribute Yuan. Do not try and other subordinate agencies have to be scattered in other land in Lin'an. Tension exists between the three provinces and the daily living space in Lin'an: the nearby shops and houses have resulted in poor security conditions and constant fire danger in the main parts of the three provinces; other subordinate organizations are also facing a complex surrounding environment. This makes its day-to-day management, the function is quite affected. On the other hand, the implantation of these institutions is an important part of the perfection of Linan's capital, and to some extent changes the spatial structure and urban landscape of Lin'an. It is the constant adjustment of capital function and urban space that makes Linan a rather unique capital in the imperial era.
