【摘要】：在社會經濟發(fā)展的條件下,民生的發(fā)展是國家和社會活動的根本目的。民生問題是社會利益和價值分配不協(xié)調的表現(xiàn)。建國以來,以毛澤東為代表的幾代領導人,一直關注和重視民生,為解決民生問題和改善民生進行了不同的探索,并提出了一系列的富有創(chuàng)見性的思想,積累了豐富的民生實踐經驗。本文運用“文獻綜述法”、“比較分析法”、“邏輯與歷史相統(tǒng)一”等研究方法,對建國初期黨的民生思想及探索進行了系統(tǒng)的梳理,并試圖從中總結出基本經驗和有益啟示。 首先,從中國共產黨民生思想的歷史基礎入手,分析了中國共產黨民生思想的理論來源,說明民生是貫穿于中國革命和建設的一條主線,民生問題的解決是人民的根本追求。 其次,對建國初期民生問題的概況進行了概述,總結出民生建設的艱巨性、長期性、迫切性和矛盾性。 再次,重點論述了以毛澤東為代表的中國共產黨人在建國初期的不同時間內對于解決民生問題所采取的不同的措施, 最后,在全面在考察我國建國初期對解決民生問題進行探索的基礎上,總結出民生實踐的歷史經驗及當代價值。
[Abstract]:Under the condition of social and economic development, the development of people's livelihood is the fundamental purpose of national and social activities.People's livelihood problem is the social benefit and the value distribution does not coordinate the performance.Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, several generations of leaders, represented by Mao Zedong, have been paying close attention to and attaching importance to the people's livelihood, have made different explorations to solve and improve the livelihood of the people, and have put forward a series of innovative ideas.Has accumulated rich livelihood practice experience.Using the methods of literature review, comparative analysis and unification of logic and history, this paper systematically combs the people's livelihood thought and exploration of the Party in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, and tries to sum up the basic experience and beneficial enlightenment from the research methods of "Literature Review method", "Comparative Analysis method" and "Unity of Logic and History".First of all, starting from the historical basis of the CPC's thought on people's livelihood, this paper analyzes the theoretical source of the thought of the people's livelihood of the Communist Party of China, and explains that the livelihood of the people is a main line running through the Chinese revolution and construction, and the solution of the livelihood problem is the fundamental pursuit of the people.Secondly, it summarizes the general situation of livelihood problems in the early years of the people's Republic of China, and summarizes the arduous, long-term, urgent and contradictory nature of the construction of people's livelihood.Thirdly, it focuses on the different measures taken by the Chinese Communists, represented by Mao Zedong in the early years of the founding of the people's Republic, to solve the livelihood of the people's livelihood.Finally, on the basis of investigating the problems of people's livelihood in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, the author sums up the historical experience and contemporary value of the practice of people's livelihood.
