【摘要】：民生輪船公司是近現(xiàn)代中國(guó)規(guī)模最大的私營(yíng)航運(yùn)企業(yè),在中國(guó)近現(xiàn)代交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)中占有舉足輕重的地位。然而,受到國(guó)共內(nèi)戰(zhàn)和公司內(nèi)部巨額債務(wù)的影響,該公司一度陷入破產(chǎn)危機(jī)。在中共中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的關(guān)懷下,公司得到了國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)扶持并于1950年走上了“公私合營(yíng)”道路。經(jīng)過(guò)2年的過(guò)渡期和4年的正式合營(yíng)時(shí)期,公司于1956年歸為國(guó)營(yíng)企業(yè),由長(zhǎng)江航運(yùn)管理局統(tǒng)一管理經(jīng)營(yíng)。民生輪船公司在6年時(shí)間里經(jīng)歷了巨大的內(nèi)部變化,公司所有權(quán)、決策權(quán)、人事權(quán)、經(jīng)營(yíng)權(quán)等相繼被政府控制或收回。民生公司“公私合營(yíng)”的整個(gè)過(guò)程真實(shí)地反映了新中國(guó)建立初期政府逐步利用和改造私營(yíng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的歷史過(guò)程。
[Abstract]:Minsheng Shipping Company is the largest private shipping company in modern China.However, affected by the KMT civil war and the company's huge internal debt, the company was once in bankruptcy crisis.Under the leadership of the CPC Central Committee, the company received economic support from the state and embarked on a "public-private partnership" in 1950.After a transitional period of 2 years and a formal joint venture period of 4 years, the company was incorporated into a state-owned enterprise in 1956 under the unified management of the Yangtze River Shipping Administration.The Minsheng Shipping Company has undergone great internal changes in six years. The ownership, decision-making, personal and management rights of the company have been controlled or withdrawn by the government one after another.The whole process of "Public-Private Joint Venture" of Minsheng Company truly reflects the historical process in which the government gradually utilized and reformed the private economy in the early stage of the founding of New China.
