【摘要】：袁世凱統(tǒng)治時(shí)期,以梁士詒、周自齊、葉恭綽為代表的舊交通系(粵系),與周學(xué)熙、楊士琦、孫多森為代表的皖系政爭(zhēng)十分激烈。二者之間的政爭(zhēng)一方面表現(xiàn)為爭(zhēng)權(quán)奪利,特別是爭(zhēng)奪財(cái)政、交通事權(quán)的派系之爭(zhēng);另一方面,也反映出雙方在財(cái)政、金融等政策制定中的矛盾�；�、皖系政爭(zhēng)為袁世凱、太子黨借機(jī)推行洪憲帝制提供了大好機(jī)會(huì),加劇了北洋集團(tuán)內(nèi)部的矛盾與危機(jī),是北洋集團(tuán)由盛而衰的一個(gè)重要原因。
[Abstract]:During the reign of Yuan Shikai, the old transportation department represented by Liang Shiyi, Zhou Ziqi and Ye Gongchuo (Guangdong Province, Guangdong Province) and Zhou Xuexi, Yang Shiqi, Sun Duosen were the representatives of the Anhui political struggle.On the one hand, the political contention between the two sides is manifested as power contention, especially the factional struggle for financial and traffic rights; on the other hand, it also reflects the contradiction between the two sides in the formulation of fiscal and financial policies.The political struggle between Guangdong and Anhui provided a great opportunity for Yuan Shikai and the princeling party to carry out the Hongxian monarchy, which aggravated the contradictions and crises within the Beiyang Group and was an important reason for the prosperity and decline of the Beiyang Group.
