我國(guó)利益失衡糾偏的制度前設(shè)、路徑擇定與機(jī)制供給

【摘要】：利益失衡問(wèn)題已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)前我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的制約因素。堅(jiān)持社會(huì)主義初級(jí)階段基本經(jīng)濟(jì)制度,是糾偏當(dāng)前我國(guó)利益失衡的制度前設(shè)。以深化改革為動(dòng)力,以民生改善為導(dǎo)向,以利益均衡為目標(biāo)的主動(dòng)干預(yù),是糾偏當(dāng)前我國(guó)利益失衡的路徑擇定。在此基礎(chǔ)上,只有緊密?chē)@黨中央推進(jìn)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革這一重大決策部署,在國(guó)有企業(yè)改革、政府職能轉(zhuǎn)變以及價(jià)格、財(cái)稅、金融、社保等領(lǐng)域基礎(chǔ)性改革層面實(shí)現(xiàn)利益協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制的新供給,才能有效糾偏當(dāng)前我國(guó)利益失衡。
[Abstract]:The problem of interest imbalance has become the restriction factor of our country's economic development. Adhering to the basic economic system in the primary stage of socialism is a system that corrects the current imbalance of interests in our country. Taking deepening reform as the motive force, taking the people's livelihood improvement as the direction, and taking the benefit balance as the goal, the active intervention is the choice of the path to correct the current interest imbalance in our country. On this basis, only closely surrounding the Party Central Committee to promote the supply-side structural reform of the major decision-making arrangements, in the state-owned enterprise reform, the transformation of government functions, as well as prices, finance, taxation, finance, Only by realizing the new supply of interest coordination mechanism in the basic reform of social security and other fields can we effectively correct the current imbalance of interests in our country.
