【摘要】：嵇康作為魏晉玄學(xué)家,他的養(yǎng)生思想具有一定的獨(dú)特性,他認(rèn)為只有形神兼?zhèn)洹⑶鍍籼撎�、服食養(yǎng)身、用智遂生才能達(dá)到一種恬淡平靜、知足常樂(lè)、俯仰自得的人生狀態(tài)。文章也將從嵇康養(yǎng)生思想這幾個(gè)核心內(nèi)容來(lái)探討上班族居住地遷移流動(dòng)現(xiàn)象的深刻內(nèi)涵。
[Abstract]:Ji Kang, as a metaphysical scholar in Wei and Jin dynasties, has a certain uniqueness in his health preservation thought. He thinks that only when he has both form and spirit, can he take food and nourish his body, and then he can achieve a kind of tranquil peace and contentment. The article will also discuss the profound connotation of the phenomenon of shift and flow of office workers' residence from the core contents of Ji Kang's thoughts on health preservation.
