探索巴基斯坦老年人電子政務(wù)采用的因素

  近年來(lái),電子政務(wù)在全球范圍內(nèi)的重要性大大加強(qiáng)。它可以被描述為政府和其他部門(如公民、公司、員工、部委和其他政府組織)之間的數(shù)字交互系統(tǒng)。電子政務(wù)實(shí)施中最重要的要素之一是用戶與電子政務(wù)系統(tǒng)的互動(dòng),特別是這些用戶的采用和利用,這也是電子政務(wù)系統(tǒng)的主要目標(biāo)。然而,包括巴基斯坦在內(nèi)的發(fā)展中國(guó)家面臨著許多與適應(yīng)、執(zhí)行和利用有關(guān)的問(wèn)題。除此之外,還缺乏從不同角度對(duì)用戶采用和利用的研究和分析,以及專門為此類分析開(kāi)發(fā)的綜合框架。因此,本研究旨在探討、分析和了解影響老年人電子政務(wù)采用的關(guān)鍵因素。在老年人中采用和利用巴基斯坦的電子政務(wù)服務(wù),以及服務(wù)的整體方法?梢杂脕(lái)提高當(dāng)前的接受和利用水平。它還將有助于提供以用戶為中心的新電子政務(wù)服務(wù)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施。本研究的目的還在于填補(bǔ)目前巴基斯坦老年人在電子政務(wù)文獻(xiàn)方面的知識(shí)空白,以便為開(kāi)展此類基于問(wèn)卷調(diào)查建立一個(gè)全面的框架。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)本研究的目標(biāo),本研究建立了一個(gè)全面的概念框架,包括老年人對(duì)電子政務(wù)采納的接受和使用,以及通過(guò)對(duì)幾種常見(jiàn)技術(shù)模型和理論的批判性評(píng)價(jià)得出的利用模型,以及對(duì)電子政務(wù)采納文獻(xiàn)的回顧。在STAM的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合己有的文獻(xiàn)和理論,建立了綜合研究模型(O...
