【摘要】：由于主體的異質(zhì)性,對(duì)社區(qū)建設(shè)中"社區(qū)、社會(huì)組織、社工聯(lián)動(dòng)"(以下簡稱"三社聯(lián)動(dòng)")的研究常常存在視角選擇的困惑。主體間合作與互動(dòng)機(jī)制是理解"三社聯(lián)動(dòng)"的關(guān)鍵,本研究以社工機(jī)構(gòu)與社區(qū)居委會(huì)的合作為分析對(duì)象,對(duì)北京市的四個(gè)合作案例進(jìn)行分析,認(rèn)為社工機(jī)構(gòu)與社區(qū)居委會(huì)合作關(guān)系的形成受到理性選擇機(jī)制和合法性機(jī)制的共同影響,而制度空間與政策機(jī)會(huì)、雙方互惠的利益期待和激勵(lì)機(jī)制的形成是促成"三社聯(lián)動(dòng)"的關(guān)鍵因素。
[Abstract]:Because of the heterogeneity of the subject, the study of "community, social organization and social work linkage" (hereinafter referred to as "the three social groups' linkage") in the community construction is often confused by the choice of visual angle. The mechanism of cooperation and interaction among the subjects is the key to understand the "three societies' linkage". This study takes the cooperation between social work organizations and community residents' committees as the analysis object, and analyzes the four cooperation cases in Beijing. It is believed that the formation of cooperative relationship between social work organizations and community neighborhood committees is influenced by rational choice mechanism and legitimacy mechanism, while institutional space and policy opportunities. The expectation of mutual benefit and the formation of incentive mechanism are the key factors to promote the linkage of the three societies.
