【摘要】：中緬聯(lián)合勘界警衛(wèi)作戰(zhàn)是一場中緬聯(lián)合打擊盤踞在兩國邊境地區(qū)的國民黨軍殘部的特殊戰(zhàn)爭,是新中國支援友好鄰邦的正義戰(zhàn)爭,是中國人民解放軍歷史上第一次在熱帶山岳叢林地區(qū)跨境作戰(zhàn),在我軍歷史上具有里程碑式的意義。此次作戰(zhàn)服從了國家利益大局,破解了當(dāng)時(shí)的政治外交難題,提升了中華人民共和國的國際影響力。雙方不僅協(xié)同聚剿殘余之?dāng)?也為我軍積累了作戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),特別是為當(dāng)今發(fā)展良好的中緬關(guān)系提供了有益的借鑒:注重拓展"合作共贏、睦鄰友好"的中緬關(guān)系,防范強(qiáng)敵介入;社會(huì)民族矛盾尖銳,誘發(fā)戰(zhàn)事因素增大;注重化解作戰(zhàn)矛盾,作戰(zhàn)指導(dǎo)有機(jī)統(tǒng)一;大力求解作戰(zhàn)難題,積極推進(jìn)實(shí)戰(zhàn)化訓(xùn)練;打造"中緬命運(yùn)共同體",共同推進(jìn)"全面戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系"建設(shè),共商共建"一帶一路",促進(jìn)互利合作共贏,造福兩國人民,不斷增進(jìn)兩國人民福祉。
[Abstract]:The joint Sino-Burmese border demarcation guard operation is a special war between China and Myanmar against the remnants of the Kuomintang troops in the border areas between the two countries. It is a just war for New China to support its friendly neighbors. It is the first time in the history of the Chinese people's Liberation Army to fight across the border in tropical mountain and jungle areas, which is of landmark significance in the history of our army. This battle suit has taken into account the overall interests of the country and solved the difficult political and diplomatic problems at that time. It has enhanced the international influence of the people's Republic of China. The two sides have not only cooperated with the remaining enemies of the suppression campaign, but also accumulated operational experience for our armed forces. In particular, the two sides have provided useful lessons for today's well-developed Sino-Burmese relations: pay attention to the expansion of "win-win cooperation". Good neighborly and friendly relations between China and Myanmar to guard against the intervention of the strong enemy; the sharp social and ethnic contradictions lead to an increase in the factors of war; pay attention to resolving the operational contradictions and organically unifying the operational guidance; vigorously solve the operational problems and actively promote actual combat training; To forge a "Sino-Myanmar destiny community," jointly promote the building of a "comprehensive strategic partnership", and jointly discuss and build "Belt and Road" to promote mutually beneficial cooperation and win-win cooperation, thus benefiting the two peoples and continuously enhancing the well-being of the two peoples.
