【摘要】：明代的考語是對被考核人員的鑒定;訪單,地方則為揭帖,是在考察時分發(fā)相關(guān)人員進行咨訪的文書�？颊Z在考滿之后可以作為銓選給由的依據(jù),在考察時則成為評定稱職、平常、不稱的證據(jù)。在官僚政治下,考語不但趨于華而不實,而且出現(xiàn)黑白顛倒,甚至成為主管官員手中的工具,針對這些弊端而出現(xiàn)揭帖、訪單,意在監(jiān)督官員而與考語互為補充。無論考語,還是揭帖、訪單,都是在脫離實政考察的基礎(chǔ)上生成的,也難免產(chǎn)生各種弊端,以至于成為明末黨爭的工具,個中問題是值得深思的。
[Abstract]:In the Ming Dynasty, the examination language was the appraisal of the persons to be examined; the visiting order was open post, the document for distributing the relevant personnel to carry out the advisory visit during the investigation. After the examination had been completed, the examination language could be used as the basis for the selection of the reasons for the examination, and on the inspection, it would become the basis for the assessment of competence. Ordinary, unspeakable evidence. Under bureaucratic politics, the examination language not only tends to be flashy, but also turns black and white upside down, and even becomes a tool in the hands of the competent officials. In the light of these shortcomings, they expose posts and visit orders. It is intended to supervise the officials and complement each other with the examination language. Both the examination language, the uncovering posts, and the visiting orders are all generated on the basis of disengaging from the actual political investigation, and inevitably have various drawbacks, so that they become a tool for party contention in the late Ming Dynasty. The problem is worth pondering.
