【摘要】：尼日利亞自1914年合并以來,國內(nèi)沖突從未消停過,并不斷激化、升級,甚至演變?yōu)閮?nèi)戰(zhàn),導(dǎo)致21世紀(jì)的尼日利亞成為沖突、暴力的“大熔爐”,是非洲不穩(wěn)定的典型國家。 尼日利亞國內(nèi)沖突的根本原因是民族、宗教問題。尼日利亞的民族宗教矛盾始于1914年英國殖民統(tǒng)治時(shí)期,1960年獨(dú)立后逐漸浮出水面。矛盾導(dǎo)致的沖突主要呈現(xiàn)為四種基本形態(tài),即主體民族沖突、少數(shù)民族沖突、宗教沖突以及恐怖主義沖突。這些沖突形態(tài)卻以民族、宗教問題為紐帶相互交織,呈遞進(jìn)式、螺旋式發(fā)展,深刻影響尼日利亞的安全和發(fā)展,對西非地區(qū)與世界和平構(gòu)成巨大的威脅和挑戰(zhàn)。 本文以尼日利亞沖突為研究對象,簡要介紹尼日利亞近百年來的沖突概況,重點(diǎn)考察尼日利亞沖突的基本形態(tài),剖析沖突頻發(fā)的原因,根據(jù)歷屆政府在解決民族宗教沖突方面的政策和措施,分析未來的治理方向。本文認(rèn)為,解決尼日利亞國內(nèi)的沖突問題,關(guān)鍵是處理好民族關(guān)系和宗教矛盾,從長遠(yuǎn)的全局的思路出發(fā),只有首先穩(wěn)定經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、加強(qiáng)社會治理、建立有效的沖突預(yù)防和管控機(jī)制、促進(jìn)國際合作,才能實(shí)現(xiàn)國家一體化發(fā)展,從而構(gòu)建尼日利亞統(tǒng)一強(qiáng)大的現(xiàn)代國家。
[Abstract]:Since its merger in 1914, Nigeria's internal conflict has never stopped, has intensified, escalated, and even turned into civil war, leading to the 21th century Nigerian conflict, the "melting pot" of violence, a typical unstable country in Africa. The fundamental causes of the internal conflict in Nigeria are ethnic and religious issues. The ethnic and religious contradictions in Nigeria began during the British colonial rule in 1914 and gradually surfaced after independence in 1960. The conflicts caused by the conflicts mainly take on four basic forms. That is, the main ethnic conflicts, ethnic minority conflicts, religious conflicts and terrorist conflicts. However, these conflict forms are intertwined with ethnic and religious issues, presenting a progressive and spiral pattern of development, which has a profound impact on the security and development of Nigeria. It poses a great threat and challenge to the West African region and world peace. Taking the conflict in Nigeria as the research object, this paper briefly introduces the general situation of the conflict in Nigeria in the past 100 years, focuses on the basic forms of the conflict in Nigeria, and analyzes the causes of the frequent conflicts. According to the policies and measures adopted by successive governments in resolving ethnic and religious conflicts and analyzing the future direction of governance, this article holds that the key to resolving the domestic conflict in Nigeria is to properly handle ethnic relations and religious contradictions. From the perspective of the long-term overall situation, only by stabilizing economic development, strengthening social governance, establishing effective mechanisms for conflict prevention and control, and promoting international cooperation, can national integration and development be realized. In order to build Nigeria unified and powerful modern country.
