【摘要】：特朗普秉持"讓美國再度偉大"、"美國第一"等民粹主義理念當(dāng)選,但他上任伊始就接連受挫。由于特朗普排斥建制派,加之其個性特點,其執(zhí)政團隊搭建異常緩慢,其班子中持極端觀點的親信也逐漸被邊緣化。特朗普始料不及的是,其任何"離經(jīng)叛道"的政策的推行都要受到國會、最高法院、政黨制度等的制約,結(jié)果會在一定程度上被拉回到共和黨建制派的軌道上來。這在美國對華政策上體現(xiàn)得尤為明顯。需要注意的是,迄今特朗普政府的大多數(shù)官員尚未到位,政府的各項政策也尚未充分和全面展開,對其動向還需做密切觀察。
[Abstract]:Trump was elected with populist ideas such as "make America Great again" and "America first", but he has been frustrated since he took office. Trump's rejection of the establishment and his personality have made the establishment of his governing team unusually slow. Members of his team who hold extreme views are also increasingly marginalized. What Trump didn't expect was that any "deviant" policies would be restricted by Congress, the Supreme Court, the party system, etc. The result will be pulled back to the Republican establishment to some extent. This is particularly evident in U.S. China policy. It should be noted that most of the Trump administration officials have not been in place so far. The government's policies have not yet been fully and fully developed, and its trends need to be closely monitored.
