紅色圓珠筆油墨分類的研究

【摘要】: 隨著社會經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,法庭科學(xué)和刑偵領(lǐng)域涉及文檔真?zhèn)舞b定的案件呈逐年增加的趨勢,對圓珠筆字跡種類和書寫時間的鑒定一直是法庭科學(xué)中的難題。由于油墨組成成分的多樣性和測定的干擾性,更對油墨的分類和老化的研究增加了挑戰(zhàn)。我們結(jié)合5種儀器方法對市售的54支紅色圓珠筆進行了綜合考察。 首先,介紹了油墨分析、鑒定的研究進展,綜述了近年來國內(nèi)外對可疑文件的種類鑒定和書寫時間鑒定的發(fā)展和應(yīng)用,介紹了常用的儀器分析方法,包括:薄層色譜法、氣相色譜法、液相色譜法、毛細管電泳法和液質(zhì)聯(lián)用技術(shù),并對圓珠筆的發(fā)展史、原理及結(jié)構(gòu)、分類和油墨的成分進行了闡述。 其次,通過紫外可見分光光度法、電化學(xué)方法、薄層色譜法、高效液相色譜法和液質(zhì)聯(lián)用法對樣品筆進行測定,并選擇了最佳的實驗條件。由于高效液相色譜法具有很高的靈敏度和分辨率,我們根據(jù)液相中350nm和528nm波長下出峰的個數(shù)、峰的保留時間和最大吸收波長的不同將紅色圓珠筆分為六大類,每一類都結(jié)合其他的四種方法進行綜合分析。五種儀器分析方法的檢出信號之間存在著一一對應(yīng)關(guān)系。為以后結(jié)合多種方法對紅色圓珠筆的分析鑒定奠定了基礎(chǔ)。 最后,還對其他的分類方法進行了研究。在液相色譜更低的波段,出峰更多,樣品筆之間的區(qū)別更明顯。我們選擇254nm波長下檢測,用分級流程圖可以將屬于一大類的筆進一步細分。我們還根據(jù)不同廠家不同品牌的筆所添加的油墨染料的配比的不同,對紅色圓珠筆進一步分類。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, the number of cases in the field of forensic science and criminal investigation involving document authenticity is increasing year by year. The identification of the type of writing and writing time of ballpoint pen has been a difficult problem in court science.Because of the diversity of ink composition and the interference of determination, the classification and aging of ink are more challenging.Combined with 5 kinds of instruments, 54 red ballpoint pens sold on the market were investigated.Firstly, the paper introduces the research progress of ink analysis and identification, summarizes the development and application of classification identification and writing time identification of suspicious documents at home and abroad in recent years, introduces the commonly used instrument analysis methods, including: thin layer chromatography,Gas chromatography, liquid chromatography, capillary electrophoresis and liquid-mass spectrometry were used to describe the history, principle and structure, classification and composition of ink of ballpoint pen.Secondly, the sample pen was determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometry, electrochemical method, thin-layer chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography and liquid-quality spectrometry, and the optimum experimental conditions were selected.Due to the high sensitivity and resolution of HPLC, red ballpoint pens are divided into six categories according to the number of peaks in liquid phase at 350nm and 528nm wavelengths, the retention time of peaks and the maximum absorption wavelengths.Each class is integrated with the other four methods for comprehensive analysis.There is a one-to-one correspondence between the detected signals of the five instrument analysis methods.It lays a foundation for the analysis and identification of red ballpoint pen with various methods.Finally, other classification methods are also studied.In the lower band of liquid chromatography, there are more peaks and the difference between the sample pens is more obvious.We select the 254nm wavelength detection and use the hierarchical flow chart to further subdivide the pens which belong to a large category.We further classify the red ballpoint pen according to the different proportion of ink dye added by different brands of pen.
